I purchased this laptop for creating and maintaining a website from any location. It has good performance and is easy to use. The battery life could be longer before needing a charge but for the price it was a great choice.

I have only had this laptop a little over a month. I had to get used to Windows 10 but once I did, it's not bad. The laptop itself is light weight, has a nice keyboard and I personally like the added number pad. You definitely need a wireless mouse with this one. I find the mouse pad on this laptop a little quirky. All in all it is a nice laptop. The Core i3 processor is a bit slow I would recommend Core i5 or 7 if you are impatient like I am.

Does everything I need it to. Researched laptops at Best Buy and then went to store to ask questions. Associate was helpful and answered my questions. It was on sale for $237 so I figured it was definitely worth checking out and am very happy I did. This is my second Asus and it serves me well. My first one lasted 5 years and I had to replace it because I stupidly spilled coffee with creamer across my key board. End of story!!!!

My wife needed a primary use laptop for work and personal use. She has been pleased with its performance. She's not into gaming or anything that would require a high grade graphic or sound output. Definitely recommended.

Fast, easy & simple. It's used for work but not heavily. We were satisfied with the price also.

Good laptop for $400 or less. Anything lower in quality is just a web surfer. I am using it for work to use as a document camera interface transferring data to a 40 inch tv for instruction to my students. So far so good.

Senior user in nursing home, needed a laptop to play card games and watch Netflix. Her favorite card game is a solitaire version put out by Microsoft, with which she is familiar. The only other need is for Netflix. One of the big problems with her failed laptop, was that the wifi card was too weak to pick up the signal, much of the time. This laptop is much better, and plays her Netflix without problems. She's quite happy with this purchase; and the price was decent. Good for her minimal needs.

We bought an open box buy making this deal almost impossible to say no to. But it's not perfect. Straight out of the box it lags. The ASUS softward just seems usable to work with Windows 10 100% of the time.

I needed a new laptop and researched examples in my price range. This model seemed to have everything I needed. Windows 10 is good except no free media player.

If you're looking for a reliable, basic, less expensive computer this is a great option. Asus was a highly recommended brand and overall have been highly satisfied with this purchase along with the price.

This is a good computer for students. It doesn't have the fastest processor and/or longest battery life but it gets the job done. Would recommend to those looking for an affordable and dependable product.

I went in with the intention of buying a different laptop. One of the store employees directed me to this computer, and I'm glad he did. Well-constructed, works well for my needs and lots of storage!

This computer doesn't set the world on fire for speed but what you get for the price can not be beat. If you just need a secondary computer for surfing and doing basic things... this thing is perfect!

Haven't had any issues. For the price, this is a great laptop to have. The only negative thing I can say about it so far is that the sound isn't that great. You will definitely need to plug in your earphones or an external speaker if you plan to listen to music or watch a movie. That is the only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating. Everything else is great.

price, performance, capacity, speed are all good ... great product for the price.

The ASUS computer seemed to be the best computer for the price. I also found that it had ratings higher than Dell. The reason I bought from Best Buy was because to the knowledgeable sales reps. I also purchased the Geek Squad warranty program. The in store service is much more convenient that sending the computer off to a remote service provider as with the other extended warrantys.

Best laptop in the price range, hands down. Great memory and processing power.

Should be a good fit for college for my son. Should be enough storage and processing speed to run everything needed for all four years of college
