The laptop is fast and does not seem to have problems frequently. It had an issue where the brightness was not working and the windows tab wasn't opening either but I was able to fix it

Works great runs fast, love the fact there is one cord and not 2 cords and the small dent on the outside does not affect the way it runs. It gives it character.

I also needed something that could handle a video editing program for our virtual Christmas and Spring choir programs. After checking all the reviews and consulting with my tech savvy friends I decided on this laptop. I am so glad that I did. It did not crash once and handled the video editing program like a pro.
