Perfect for my needs. Working from home with my crap cheap laptop wasn't going to fly so I upgraded to this one. I'm an engineer so a lot of the software I use takes a lot of space and I'm happy to say that it works great.

I purchased this laptop about a month ago and I really like it. Its pretty big but still light weight! The screen folds really nicely and the software is very easy to use. The only problem I have had with it is the mouse pad doesn't work very well if my fingers are cold.

For about 10 years my Dell Laptop PC was stellar and meeting all my home office business requirements. However, it was running on Windows 7 platform, and it did not have the capacity to run Windows 10. I also needed much more memory for storage and other applications. I had been holding off from buying a new Laptop for quite some time because of limited financial resources. However, when I saw the promotion and awesome deal from Best Buy to buy this ASUS Laptop, especially, the Office Suite Products included, memory, and 12-month interest free payment plan; I jumped on it and bought it. The only thing that is a negative about this laptop is it only two USB ports and no disc player so I had to buy separate ports and a disc player to attach to it.

The touch screen and the way it converts to a tablet make it a great unit for kids. It has plenty of storage and power. Best buy's geek squad did a great job setting everything up at a time when everyone was busy getting units for distance learning.

I bought this because I give online classes and it works really well and it's really fast I can have multiple things open at once and won't slow it down And it has great storage capacity so I can save all my work.

I got this laptop for the student deal and got it for a great price! I love it so far and it does everything I need it to do!

I really like this laptop, but there are a few quirks. I am not crazy about the number keypad layout, however this is only my opinion because I have used a larger laptop before. The number keys are closer together and smaller than I am used to. I love the speed and the regular keyboard I like the feel and how smooth I can type. I love the back lit also. I also do not care for the power button location. I wish it was on top of the unit and not on the side. I like to lay my laptop in the open postion on its side (again preference) and with this one it shuts off the unit because of power button location. Would I buy it again, yes. I miss the Toshiba that I had prior but this one is much faster, better screen, but wish I had gone with the larger unit. I am getting used to it and it is much easier to carry around.

love it light weight. few things I like are the key board which is back lite, its fast/speedy, the amount of space 16GB memory and has all kinds of new stuff for me to look at and learn.

My previous laptop was also an asus but it was 7 years old so it was time for a new one. This one is fast, and weighs half what the old one did. I really enjoy using it so far.

Purchased for my daughter who is a senior and distance learning. Plan to have her take it to college next year. Very durable, fast, and easy to use. Great battery

Very fast laptop! Impressed with the results. I got an open box (fair) version and even so, no major issues at all. It has no problem loading large spreadsheets, opening files, having many tabs open at once, multiple screens, or a combination of these. A minor complaint is that for some reason, when I play music from Spotify, the speakers are not quite as loud as they are with YouTube or other media. This is fine, because the problem goes away when using headphones or a Bluetooth speaker. Solid construction, no cheap feeling plastic anywhere. Overall, I’d give it a 9/10.

Very fast computer. Have had no problems and the Geek service to transfer files from my desktop was very welcome. Love the touchscreen feature.

Great computer with lots of memory. Having the 128 SSD is lightning fast and have any extra 1tb of HDD gives you plenty of room to store thousands of pictures

I bought this to replace my pc. I use it mainly for music recording and mixing. The screen is large and very nice. It is extremely fast and the solid state drive is also extremely fast. The tablet mode is a nice plus. It comes in handy when doing live shows.

This laptop is super fast, lightweight and truly a nice high end laptop. Did I mention lightning fast, touchscreen and can be used like a tablet as well.

I bought this about a month ago and it's super fast and runs my Adobe software like a dream. I also love the tablet and touch screen functions.

I've always had HP laptops and have been happy with them. However, some online research had great reviews of this laptop so I took the plunge. I have been extremely satisfied with this laptop. It's fast, almost instantaneous. Didn't come with too much bloatware. I don't know if there's a bigger screen size option but that's the only thing I would suggest for a potential buyer. If you're traveling with this laptop for work ect then this screen size is great and lightweight. If you prefer a bigger screen, then size up because this size is small.

was looking for a powerful laptop for use in my business, ASUS provides it in this one. 16GB of memory, i7 adn a solid state drive - a very good investment for a workhorse computer.

So we bought this during the pandemic. It was a super easy process and they brought it out to my car. We got it up and running immediately when we got home. It’s very fast, functions well, and it was easy to transfer data from our old computer to this one. My son’s tablet from his school keeps crashing so we are so thankful we bought this laptop as he has been able to use it for is in-home schooling.

Love the touch screen feature, and tons of memory. Wifi, bluetooth compatable. And i can use the mic on my laptop for online calling.
