    Touch pad sucks it does not follow your finger Well. Sometimes I have to use the touch screen because it will not track correctly and lags. The touch screen works perfect.

      Certainly understand your concern and the inconvenience regarding the issue with the touchpad.

      It is a smart device, please allow some time to get use to the multi-touch function of the pad. In order to improve the touchpad responsiveness and stability, please install all recommended WINDOWS Update. If you are accessing web applications, please verify if the laptop has access to an established router and internet service is working properly since this will affect the responsiveness of the touchpad. Also, try to configure the touchpad inside Settings > Devices > Touchpad.
