Bought as replacement computer for my daughter. As it was a repackaged return, I was initially hesitant, however it is an excellent computer...and purchased at a 55% reduction if it's original price. The only problem was that it did not have a power cord and none of the universal cord adapters fit this Asus. After a quick internet purchase we were up and running. The BB staff were excellent as well.

Love the touch screen feature, and tons of memory. Wifi, bluetooth compatable. And i can use the mic on my laptop for online calling.

This is a great computer, it's a 2in1 that has great memory and seems to run smoothly. The keyboard is nice and east to use, nicely spaced and the screen is a nice size. The inly thing is it's a little akward to hold once in tablet mode and I for the first time bought protective hear for my laptop because I am afraid of what'll happen to the edges should I drop it, the computer as a whole though sturdy and connected enough that I don't fear the hinges breaking like a lot of other 2in1's

Provides the functions I need, has memory (16GB Ram) and the 1TB was great for storing all the pics we have accumulated over the years.

This lap Top Rock super fast, The sound is great. Light weight flips over Like a tablet. Touch screen works great. Great Buy.

The laptop speed is very fast. The touch screen works great and the picture quality is clear. Perfect size as well.. not too big and not too small.

I bought this for work and needed something to handle multitasking. This is great! It's lightweight and fast. Definitely recommend.

This is a really cool laptop. I love the 2 in 1 feature to turn it into a tablet. I use the tablet mode to watch "How To" video, and you can get the scream nice and close if you are working on something, and you need to see small details on the screen. I'm an audio engineer and I use it for recording/mixing/mastering music. It also connects to my Xbox and I can play Xbox games on it, as well as connect it to my Samsung VR headset through an app called virtual desktop. However, I ordered the Open Box - Excellent package which was supposed to be fully cleaned. When the laptop arrived it had fingerprints all over, and did not come with any of the paperwork. I was unhappy with the original way that it arrived. I love the product, but the "open box - excellent" description was not accurate.

This is an excellent everyday use laptop. I love the backlit keyboard and the touch screen. Asus has provided me with my third laptop and they have lasted well and performed as I wanted them to. The only minor detail that I regret is that the num lock key has no indicator light, so I sometime run into difficulties when starting to use the numeric keypad. Not a big problem. All in all, this is a good machine, worth the price I paid for it.

About two months into using this PC. It does well running photoshop as well as lightroom (i.e. photo & video editing software) and doesn't appear to lag. Battery life is good ---- I can work most if not all day on a single charge. No complaints thusfar! (Now here's to hoping what is awesome out of the box continues to last. I'll come back here and write another review/update mine if something catastrophic happens within the first 12 months or so.)

This machine was an emergency need purchase after my previous laptop got refried during a thunderstorm (which prompted a surge protectors for the whole house shopping spree). It does exactly what I need it to do, and except for losing some pictures from my old machine, the transition was seamless. Great sound, great video, and it's nice and fast. My only minor complaint is the lack of USB ports, but an inexpensive hub fixed that problem. In all, it's a great machine, and I highly recommend it.

We bought this computer more for my wife than myself so this is HER review, not mine. Not too big and not too small. So far I'm happy with the speed of this computer. Boot up and shut down are fast. And I have not had any trouble multitasking with several programs and web pages open at the same time. Uncertain about the battery time yet. I'm giving a 4 Star rating because of the following; Still getting used to the keyboard. I am used to using a lot of HOT Keys to move around in Windows programs and in word processing and I find the arrow keys are really small. Some of the commands are not where a standard qwerty keyboard has them. So I find myself having to take my hands away from the keyboard a lot to look for the command I want. The Number Key Pad is not automatically locked on boot-up. I have to turn it on every-time I boot the computer. I specifically wanted a large laptop so it would have the Number Key Pad. I had to figure out where the Hot Keys were to turn the Touch Pad off and on. Probably because the "fn" buttons across the top are half the size of the regular keyboard buttons so the symbols are difficult to read and understand. My 4 star rating has nothing to do with the fact that I'm new to Windows 10 and Microsoft has moved some of the regular programs and personalizing controls. Like Control Panel which is now in Settings. With previous versions you could go straight to Control Panel from the START Menu. Properties to customize the START Menu is also hidden through the taskbar right click menu now. And I really had to hunt for the Folder Options for changing the Double Mouse Click to Single Mouse Click setting for quicker activation (launching) of programs and selecting things in Folders. Every time Microsoft Upgrades to a newer Windows version, they complicate the User Interface!! Microsoft never got the message, "If it isn't broke, Don't FIX IT!!!!!" I would love to get completely away from Microsoft and it's Windows!! Including Office.

This was the beat decision that I have made. Touch screen lap top and great size. The only thing I don’t like is the left side numerical pad is a little small and the enter key is small so always hitting the period rather than the enter key when typing numerical numbers. Other than that I like it. It also can turn into a laptop as the lid will Hinge all the way back. Makes me a little nervous if this is done too many time it might snap off.

I am enjoying my new laptop. It is easy to use and funny enough, I really lie the tablet feature which I thought I would never use. The power button being on the side is a bit odd as I'm used to it on the top. I like the feel of the keyboard and am fairly used to it being a Win10 machine. The ONLY problem I had so far was in getting it set up at first. It wanted me to use a MS account. I didn't have one set up so I used my daughter's. DON'T DO THAT!! It signed me into the comp as if I was her (a child's account) and wouldn't let me use my comp after 8pm!! I messed around with settings on MS.com (trying to switch to another account or switch emails or something) and then MS locked me out! So overall it took me a week to be able to use my comp and set it up to use how I wanted. I am still in the process of transferring files and pics but it meets my needs well.

Has plenty of speed and storage space for everyday work use. Also camera is excellent for zoom calls as well

I can't believe how fast this laptop is. Great keyboard. Having to get used to the num pad, it's a little smaller than usual. I just have to pay attention until I can master it. Very happy, glad that I got it. The person in the computer department was great. Showed my all my options and listened to what I wanted and showed me this one. It was a little more $ than I wanted to spend but well worth it.
