This computer is fast and runs several editing programs at one time with no issue.

I got this laptop because of all it's features. I'm hoping it'll last me at least 5 years. I'd call that worth the price if it does. It's been awesome so far. I'm able to multitask with it fairly easily. Schoolwork is easy and I don't have any issues with loading (unless it's the internet lol) and it plays games well too. I haven't tried a real high end game yet but plan to one day.

Touch screen is smooth and keyboard lighting was a plus... light weight for on the go.

I am very pleased with my purchase. This is my best Dell yet. Super lightweight and great performance. Only drawback it that the power button is now on the side, and I've accidently powered off several times. Fortunately is comes back quickly. I am getting used to it and I love it. The Best Buy staff are always amazing. I received remarkable customer service.

I was excited about my new Asus laptop, but it is not as fast as I had hoped which is disappointing considering I paid a little over $1k for it. I expected more. It looks great, can bend like a tablet, & I like the separate keyboard, but I don’t love that it always seems to drag when trying to move from one page to another. It has 128 SSD, that I was led to believe would make it “lightening fast,” but don’t believe the hype. It’s just average. The Asus chrome book I was using moved a lot faster. So while this laptop has some nice features, I don’t love it. Would I recommend it? I guess that all depends on what you’re using it for. When I need something quick, I usually just reach for my iPad. I do not like typing on a MacBook; otherwise it would have been a no brainer on what to buy. As it is, I’m getting used to the delay, but it is not ideal. If I had to do it again, I would test it out in the store before buying.

Great laptop! It does everything lightning fast. You can have multiple tabs open at once and it still processes quickly. My son uses this for college and said it is awesome. The color and picture quality on the screen is very clear. It is a bit heavier than we would like, but he said it is not a problem to put in his backpack and transport to class.

This laptop is awesome. This is my second ASUS with my first one from 2011! The old one still worked great but just started slowing down. When upgrading, I went straight for an ASUS model and didn’t consider anything else. I hope to get just as long with this one. I love this new model as well, All the bells and whistles I need, and so much lighter.

This laptop meeting all my needs. After some a year the battery still holds up well. Im happy I went ahead and got the 16gb ram option, because it never lags when during different things at the same time. I dont use the touchscreen much but the tent option has came in handy in an entertainment one than once.

This is a great laptop. Love the ability to flip it and turn it into a tablet, and set the screen up in different ways for multitasking and maximizing the touchscreen. Definitely get bigger storage as you'll want to use this PC for all the fun stuff :)

I have appreciated the speed of response to commands. And I love the touch sceen.

My older i5 desktop PC started having issues just as i started working from home. This Asus performs multiple tasks and remote access with no problems at all. Great for MS Teams and Zoom. This is my second Asus laptop. Total confidence in this brand and this model. Best Buy guys met my car in front of the store for delivery after online purchase.

So I have a MacBook Pro and compared to this I can say this is way easier to use and the design is amazing. I was hesitant about my purchase but once I got to use it I can say this has to be one of my best decisions. It’s great for multitasking and having many screens open. If you will be using this constantly and for work this will be your choice.

I think I am on my 6th laptop over the years and have had every brand, but this one tops them all. The 4K screen is amazing, it is fast, well built, and perfect for me. I am disabled and spend a lot of time playing brain games and this keeps right up. Big thumbs up!

Purchased this laptop to replace a Dell desktop, running Windows 7 - as Microsoft will discontinue updates in January. The primary use for this is running the household (bills, etc.). In addition, the larger memory was anticipated for storing and working with photos. However, the Windows 10 program comes with OneDrive - which automatically stores your photos - whether you want it to or not! This has made it very difficult to do use the computer as I had planned as the OneDrive is impossible to get rid of! After much research I found a way to stop it, but it still messes with my photo programs. That is not the fault of the computer, which is really very fun to use. The display is clear and I love the option of using it as a tablet. Get rid of the OneDrive, and I would give it a solid 10.

I am very impressed with this computer. I have owned 2 ASUS laptops prior to buying this one and they both still work. One is over 10 years old. The display is crystal clear and it is very fast with the 16 gigs of RAM and the Intel i7 processor. I would recommend it if you are looking for a laptop that is dependable and fast.

Light weight, high speed, and versatile laptop for this day and age.

An incredible device, the touch screen is such a great feature. Nothing but positive things to say about this and everything that is has provided. I would definitely suggest this for an everyday computer user that needs to work virtually and is in meets, zoom calls, etc all day. I also use it for online games as well.
