With having multiple operating systems for dealerships up plus 5 or more websites this computer runs like my home PC. The construction feels better than most as some laptops you feel like it could break easily. I travel a lot and this laptop is perfect for that not too big nor too small.

I love the touch screen and that it has extra memory for my pictures. I’m so happy with this computer!

I purchased this laptop for my wife, she is taking classes online working toward her degree. I've been in the Computer/IT field for 25+ yrs, the best laptop I've ever purchased. I would highly recommend this to anyone searching for a laptop that will last a long time. At the time of writing this review, my wife has had this laptop for a year now and it still has outstanding performance and no problems so far.

This computer is as user friendly as I have seen in a long time. Beginners will only have minimal troubles with the machine while long time PC users will find this PC both user friendly and very obvious about their setup. I purchased this on June 2 and did not have Geek Squad configure it. I was up and running within 2 hours (I have taught computer applications for 10 years - high level of understanding of the configuration and the underlying program.

I love this laptop is lighter than my last one has more memory than my old one just really happy with it

Great laptop, due to the Covid-19 virus and social distancing, my job gave me the options of being laid off indefinitely or working from home. I ordered this machine that same day because I needed a machine with a minimum 12GB Memory to work from home which my older laptop didn't have. BestBuy had it at my door the next day and I was able to keep working. It starts up remarkably fast with the 128GB SSD and has plenty of has hard drive space for my needs.

Just amazed by the quality of this computer for the price and value. I love it comes with 16gig ram out of box...super nice for virtual machines. The graphics are great for what I need and the processor is excellent. I’d be happier with AMD but again this was a great combination tablet/computer for what need. The wife scream makes it really nice for working at home and the HDMI port is great to connect the computer to a TV or monitor.

This has been a great laptop. Boots up in 5 seconds. Shuts down in about the same. Been very reliable. The only con is the power button on the left side about midway along the length. Being right handed, when flipping into tablet mode, I tend to hold it right where the power button is located and it goes to sleep or shuts down. Not a big deal as long as your work is saved. I would definitely purchase again and recommend this laptop to everyone based on needs

Does everything I need it to do. No problems with it handling any of my programs. Could have a bit better battery time.

I’ve only had it for 2 days and it’s actually better than I thought. I’m happy with its performance and look.

Our daughter got an upgrade on an Asus 15.6 touch screen laptop. It is working out wonderfully for her at college.

Has Face ID witch I’ve never seen on a laptop the screen is touch and it’s really fast at doing task.

Laptop is easy to use and love the touch screen. It is easy to open and close, unlike the ones I have had before.

I absolutely love this computer. Its extremely fast and is built very well. Clean edge to edge display, great wifi connection speeds, clear sound from the Harmon/Kardon Speakers. Fast charging and lightweight. Battery life is great. The only issue I have with this Laptop is a BestBuy issue, the USB port on the left side of the computer is broken (Open Box Purchase). Everything else about it PERFECT.
