Great features for the price. First Asus I've purchased, probably wont be the last.

Out of box special. Computer exceeds our original specs and start up was fast and with out trouble. Signed up to all bill paying app and we had no problems getting in. Bought this for my son entering college. Wanted something with higher specs that would be still be relevant 4 years from now. I have not personally done anything with it but he really seems to like it. Has nice features (face recognition, etc...), screen seems clear and vibrant, and appears to boot and run quickly. So far meeting my expectations.

T, so they sent me a linkhis apparently is a best buy ONLY model/ When I called Asus to get info, they couldn't find it. However I finally got someone with a brain. Found out it is a flip notebook. No user manual existed, so they sent me a link. Very helpful. Took several days to get everything up and transferred from older laptop. So far works great. Just wish it had more than 128 in ssd

The laptop is fast and dont really have any complaints. Pretty much does any thing I need it to do easily.

Laptop is a nice one. The was a hiccup with set-up, came up with an error code, so thankful I had purchased Tech Support and spent a lengthy amount of time on the phone and dialed in. I was unhappily surprised that there was no type of guidance information or manual included in the box, There are still a few things I'd like to know without using google searches.

My last ASUS lasted for nearly 10 years, so it was a no brainer to buy another ASUS this time around. With that being said, the touch pad it a little spotty, and sometimes when I am typing, the cursor will go off the document and randomly start typing somewhere else. Not sure what that is happening. Slightly disappointed about both of these issues, given the price, but if this ASUS lasts as long as my last one, I'll be satisifed.

Boots up quickly and has run everything that I have thrown at it with no problems.

I have had this laptop for about a month now and it is super great! I had gotten it due to all my classes being online and believing that my old macbook air would not be able to handle that. I would say that it is on the heavier side which is okay for me, it has a finicky touch pad mouse that drives me a little nuts, and I love that its all metal. Beautiful graphics and beautiful laptop.
