Easy to use. Worth Geek Squad to set-up. Lightweight.

It is a good laptop. Does the job. I've noticed the battery doesn't last very long and might shut down if you put it on sleep mode. The ease of use is fine. Haven't really had any issues with it. It can get loud with the fan sometimes, but not all the time. I'd say other than the battery not lasting long... its a good quality laptop.

I bought this laptop due to having to work from home with the COVID-19 crisis. My previous one was old and slow. This laptop works great. Very quick. I get so much work done. The only negative is the keypad (digits) is small and the buttons surrounding it. Highly recommend. Great price and great laptop!

I am pleased with the speed and design of my Asus. So far, no issues with performance or heat. Only issues were with Best Buy site and problems contacting anyone to answer a question. When I get a message that I am #85 in the queue not once, but twice, I am ready to go somewhere else...

Bought this laptop during the pandemic and we used it as a family. It folds up like a tablet to save space but we use it as a laptop mostly. Easy to use, set up and to navigate. We liked it so much that we bought 2 more of the same one for each of our kids to start home school. They love it!

Overall, this laptop is a great update from my previous laptop. Likes: fast performance, has a tablet mode, has good battery life, backlit keyboard, looks professional/sleek. Dislikes: no full SD card slot (only a micro SD card slot), no ethernet port, can sometimes be loud.

Overall a good computer for the money. Extremely easy set-up, fast processing, son uses for a specific game that he says it runs great with. Biggest negative is the camera. With Covid and doing so many zoom meetings, was hoping getting a new laptop would mean a better camera. The quality of the video is very poor.

this was a shelf demo, brand new open box purchase. the laptop randomly goes into and error and restarts on its own. i broadcast a tv show live and this is a problem. after the geek squad reopens, i will have it looked at. other than that, this is a great computer.

I love the speed touch screen especially for the price.

Excellent value. Great business and working computer, not great for graphic performance. Battery life is good not great. It’s very comfortable and looks incredible. Overall this is one of the best laptops I’ve personally bought. I would definitely make this purchase again.

It’s an incredible value. After nearly a year of use. I do like this laptop. However the rubber seal that separates the screen from keyboard came off. And geek squad had to replace the Bluetooth hardware on this laptop. No Bluetooth and no wifi. It took geek squad a few weeks to repair the laptop

This has been a very nice computer. The only bad part of this review is the mouse pad is not as responsive as it should be which means more time getting it to move properly. Other than that this has been a great computer.

The computer is good, but the keyboard is not the best. Half the time the keys I type don't print and I have to go back and retype the words. Other than that, it works fine. I would have preferred it to not be a touch screen as that doesn't seem to work super well either. As a straight up laptop it is fine however.

Great computer for students. Runs nice and has lots or storage

I've been using it for about 2 months now and so far it has been a pretty decent laptop. It has a great storage capacity at 1tb and 16gb of ram is more than enough for what I'm doing. Keep in mind that you will not be able to game on this laptop since there is no graphics card. A couple of little things I have noticed; 1) the mousepad is not responsive sometimes an tends to jump a little 2) There is no light or indicator to tell you if num lock is on or not 3) I have not really been able to use a VPN with it, I've tried changing every setting that I can think of to try to make it work and Express VPN keeps knocking me offline when it's turned on The last point there can be something I'm doing or something with the VPN service so it's hard to blame it all on the computer, other than those things it is a great work laptop.

This is my 2nd Asus Touchscreen computer. We still use the other one too. They are the best! They last. Asus computers are high-tech, flexible, and they are fast! Beautiful color, great sound, backlit keyboard are perfect someone who uses their laptop 24/7.
