I am enjoying using my new Asus Zenbook. It's almost identical to my previous laptop that was phenomenal! My big concern is that there were major problems with my new device when I first got it. Geek Squad had to repair it almost as soon as I got it. Very disappointing!

Isaa, Geek Squad Leader, provided outstanding service! He helped us with our laptop that couldn't be fixed and showed us our available options. The whole process was pleasant and the customer service was more than excellent. Thank you Isaa and Best Buy!

It was such a timely and functional purchase! I can utilize it for scheduling in home services, online shopping for groceries or personal goods, etc. I would also like to take virtual museum tours and online hobbies and courses.

I bought the ASUS - 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i7 - 16GB Memory - 1TB Hard Drive + 128GB Solid State Drive - Light Gray I am not an expert on laptops so this product has been very easy and adaptable for my needs and computer skills.

My older Asus laptop took a dive after 8 years, which is average. I liked that brand I replace it with the same although they don't make the screen as big as they used to. It does the job I need it for. I will say I do not use it for gaming or programming so I cannot speak on it

The keyboard is a little smaller than previous models, but I noticed they were on all laptops so it's not something that is truly "wrong" with this model. It has more to do with my preference. It's working great for what I need!

So far so good. There have been a few times when outlook hung, but a shutdown and restart fixed things. Other than that, fast, beautiful screen, easy to use. No problems. Interfacing with an HP printer / scanner. Once again, no problems.

The guy who sold the computer to me said the battery will last 8 hours on 1 charge. The battery lasts less than 4 hours. Not too happy that I paid a grand for a laptop that won’t even last 4 hours. Everything else about it is good. But battery is terrible. Don’t recommend.

Laptop mode to tent mode to tablet mode very simple. Resolution is big and bright. It is a little heavier than what I’m used to but it’s manageable. I haven’t noticed any lag when switching between programs. All in all it’s a great device!

It was good while it lasted. I got this computer and I loved it, but back in may it would not turn on at all. I booked an appointment with geek squad and they took it apart to see what it could be. They told me it was the motherboard even though it was not even a year old computer. It took 3 weeks for me to get it back but when i went to get it. They plugged it up and it wouldn’t turn on. So they went to take it apart to only tell me that the screen went out and that it probably wasn’t the motherboard. I couldn’t wait so I had to buy another computer. I would think that those looking will be able to identify a problem.

So far I absolutely love this laptop. High speed, and no annoying fan going off all the time. So far I am extremely happy with my purchase! I wish I spent a little more money and bought the same laptop for my daughter.

Take note that the first time you plug in the laptop that it instantly connects to your WiFi and all surrounding devices. (Somehow). I did not want this to happen - now I’m in the process of de-worming/de-bugging my new Asus!!!☹️

I so love this laptop, It’s quick and powerful plus lots of memory. I got this with $200 off sale and i am telling you it is worth the price to buy. I used to be an macbook user and i have no regret for switching to this laptop.

Asus never seems to fail us. I have set-up three in the last few years and they just WORK! Software, screen, tech... Love this laptop. I use for a business setting 6 days a week and its really worth every penny.

Took a bit of a learning curve because she was so used to the old one, but the more she uses it, the happier she is with it. Plenty of Ram for all the financial and school work she needs to do and have had no glitches or problems of any kind.

Impressed with computer: more user friendly than previous computers, great speed, great service at Best Buy. I am learning Windows 10 and updates in MS Word, Excel, Photos, etc, but so far happy with everything.

The only thing is the amount of usb ports. I have older other things that require a usb port. At times, I have to take out and put in to get things done. Also my digital camera has a larger card. I had to purchase a converter to use my card on this computer

It was a great machine for the time that I had it. Unfortunately, due to it being an open box, I guess it had an issue with the motherboard and it malfunctioned but I will look for another of its kind because I liked its capabilities.

This is my 3 ASUS and I love it. Not only is it easy to use it is also convenient when on the run.My daughter also has one and she loves it.Very easy to take with you to school or work.

I was looking for a 2 in 1 laptop with a large screen. My search ended when I saw this ASUS. It's a bit heavy, but suits my needs perfectly. Now I can watch French TV/radio on my kitchen table and follow art videos.
