I love this laptop. My favorite thing is the dual fans - no constant wheezing like most laptops. It is absolutely silent. It is my first Asus but I have since bought another Asus for my daughter's birthday.

This is my 3 ASUS and I love it. Not only is it easy to use it is also convenient when on the run.My daughter also has one and she loves it.Very easy to take with you to school or work.

The processor on this computer is lightning fast. The wait time from power on to working is only seconds. The initial setup was simple and 90% of it can be handled through voice responses. Overall, very satisfied.

This is my first computer. I am a senior 80 yrs old. Found if very easy to learn different functions. However, was disappointed when I could not access the game shown on Chrome. Computer screen froze. Had to get help from family member to restart.

More powerful than the tower it replaced. I enjoy the machine. I experienced a minor issue with the keyboard backlight faulted. Geek Squad found a corrupted file and replaced it.

It’s a bit on the expensive side but I have enjoyed using this so far. I have not played games as I use this for other programs that require a lot of process power.

Love this device! Power is amazing! Boot speed is great! And the two-in-one feature really makes it worth to buy. And what can I say about the ridiculous amount of hard drive space.

Love this upgraded laptop! Had my previous ASUS for 7 years, it was time for an upgrade. Impressed with the processing speed and the new enhancements.

We purchased the computer for college student. Looks great on paper, specs are great and worked well. Bought in late June, right before heading off to College, wifi internal error message popped up and we had to send off to get repaired. Picked up computer on August 16th and now on August 26th having to go purchase an USB wifi adapter. School has started and don't have time to be sending back in for repairs. Will need to wait until semester is over. They should give us a new laptop!

This is my first laptop and although I've only had it a month and still getting used to it, I'm very much enjoying it and the way it can sync with other devices. The 2-in-1 feature is neat as well. Great sound!

Asus consistently makes a great machine. This is my third one in the last ten years and they consistently improve the quality and performance. It is fast, well made and has some really great features. You get a lot of bang for the money spent.

I bought this computer because it was one of very few in stock at the store. It was more money than I had wanted or expected to spend, but it is an excellent computer. Bottom line it's a great computer.

Screen is really clear. Unit is designed well. Very sleek and sharp. Have been using it for working from home for just over a month. Was easy to set up and has great speed! Not cheap, but we'll worth the price.

I bought this because it is exactly like my other laptop. This is a high quality product and very reliable. I am very satisfied with this brand. It is a little more expensive, but worth every penny.

My son uses the computer for college. I was a little dissatisfied with the sales representative at the store as he informed me that the 1TB in the laptop was a SSD but it isn’t. My son is enjoying his laptop for college

Though its smaller than my last one it has a very responsive keyboard and great graphics. I was a little worried about storage but so far its been great, even after I transferred all my files. Definitely recommend

It’s fast and sharp screen. At a distance, the screen is a bit small. In all fairness, I am using it with an external mouse, keyboard and extended monitor. Works great for my needs.

I love everything about this computer except the battery life on it. I try to charge it for 3 hours or until it is fully charged but the battery life just isnt that long. Still love it though!

The machine works as expected. But the two USB ports is challenging. One for my mouse, only one left for the external CD drive, the flash drive, etc. I bought a USB hub but it has such lag that it presents a challenge.

I bought this computer as a gift for a friend and they really loved it. They will be using it for the Fall semester and they’ve had no problems with it whatsoever! Great and simple laptop.
