Never heard of this brand but love it. Durable and is perfect for a lot of different tasks. My salesperson was knowledgeable and helped me through the whole process. Very easy to set-up.

Very pleased with this laptop. Very fast, sleek, and the screen flip option has been very useful. My last laptop was an ASUS and it looks like I will be sticking with ASUS for a long time.

Great picture, easy to use. We bought this for a trip to Europe this summer, which of course, is now postponed. Haven't used it much, but it has performed beautifully when requested to.

Overall, this is a good laptop but the only reason im going to return this machine is that it keeps waking up on its own which drains the battery and when i come home, i have to put it on charger all the time. no fun!! the processor shouldnt start running while asleep, when im not using it.im going to return it. So frustrating

The laptop was purchased Geek Squad Certified. It seems to be pretty good so far. My only issue is when I received the laptop, there was food and a few scuff marks on it. I thought the Geek Squad was suppose to clean it.

I bought this laptop strictly for Office. So far I paid bestbuy for a year, paid for it online for a year also. This laptop just had a windows update. Now I am charged monthly for office. I feel this laptop was used before purchase. Battery is great, taking in fact that I have only used the laptop for a total of an hour since 11/2020, but the back light for the keyboard has a dull area. I would say that this is a 7 out of 10 for the price range.

The product is one of the best currently. I am totally satisfied for my purchase and I would definitely recommend to someone who is looking for a magical PC for his school or other.

Laptop and charger started to heat up A LOT on second use. I am concerned but I will keep using it to see how it goes. The laptop is fast and the screen is awesome. Audios very decent. So far so good I hope it lasts!

I was pretty picky on this purchase for the laptop. I spent more research on getting the right laptop than I did when I bought my truck. I don’t regret buying it at all, works really well.

Used as a floater laptop for our business. Sleek, absolutely no issues despite utilizing different networks & WiFi when traveling to numerous locations.

Bought this Asus laptop to replace a ten year old laptop that died, and so far I love it. Very easy to set up and use. Windows 10 is a little different than 7, so am learning as I go.

I LOVE my Asus! My job requires heavy administration and this laptop suits exactly what I need with ample hard drive space and a fast processor. It also converts to a tablet.

Really great laptop, runs very smooth and has a very clear screen. Although most recently I’ve had a weird black & white screen when it first turns on that I haven’t yet had checked out
