This laptop works great and the geek squad set it all up for me. I would recommend this laptop to anyone that is looking for a laptop that has been looking for a really great laptop.

Replaced a HP Pavilion with the Asus. The solid state drive significantly improves speed and reduces the amount of time the hard drive needs to be used. I also like the illuminated keyboard.

it's a very good quality machine for the money except for not have an SD card slot for as reflected in the specs. nice graphics. fast processor, nice keyboard.

This laptop is great. With a solid state hard drive and an additional hard drive as well as 16 gb of ram it starts up.quickly with almost no wait. Very happy with this purchase.

You can't beat the bang for the buck on this product. This laptop has most of what you could imagine needing in a laptop or computer. The features work flawlessly.

Love the laptop. But I dont like windows 10 updates. Everytime it updates, something goes wrong it deletes my drivers from the mouse & keypad, etc. Its annoying.

Quiet, fast, and priced just right. Being able to use it as a tablet is definitely a plus. This is a really handy machine and fits my needs like a glove. Thanks Asus!!

Excellent laptop, great speed and storage. Only negative thing is the battery, I only get max 4 hours out of it. Charging the battery as well takes a few hours.

This is my second Asus laptop and I have been happy with both of them. My only wish is that it had another USB and that the keyboard didn't need a heavy touch.

This is a great laptop, I love the fact that it has an SSD. Starting the computer is fast. I also like that it has plenty of storage with the 1TB Hard Drive.

Easy to setup. Comes with Webroot antivirus software that is good for at least 5 devices devices. It is very fast and folds into a touch screen tablet.

It's a pretty good laptop. It's acted up twice since I've bought it. Mouse pad driver had to update. I bought a stylus separately. Over all not a bad piece of equipment.

Salesperson Rod (?) helped with exchange and some tech help. Very professional and knowledgeable. Great personality. I believe he is with the US Navy and working part time.
