First year ok, I did use it as I thought. It got slow after a few years I have for almost 3 and it’s really slow.

Did not expect to use it too often as I have a Mac for everyday use but I end up using this laptop daily as well.

bought for my daughter to complete her final semester since all courses were moved from classroom to online. Fast easy to use decent audio and video no complaints.

This laptop is well made and is a great value. It has features of computers that cost hundreds more. Great performance!

It’s sleek, smooth and runs perfectly. I’m using it for work from home and it doesn’t even heat up running at about 8 hours straight. Best Laptop I’ve ever used.

After a lot of searching and comparing I decided to get this laptop. I don’t regret the choice at all. It’s performed well and meets all my needs.

This is a nice laptop, but it's only average. I can't say that I'm too thrilled with this purchase, but the return window has since closed. Pros - nice big touchscreen, backlit keyboard with number pad, large hybrid hard drive, not a lot of bloatware Cons - the start button is on the side which causes me to turn off my computer when I pick it up and move around, the track pad works for the most part but is sensitive to touch at times

Super nice laptop that is well built. I love the ability to flip the screen back and use it as a tablet. This is a must have when working from home.

Used by our power users in our company. Great performance and more than enough space to store files. It makes for a great laptop and our users love them.

It takes some time to get used to the touch screen with the pen. I'm not a tablet user ordinarily. But, it's like a glorified tablet. Wish it had more ports.

Had to get granddaughter a computer to do distance learning and this was an excellent choice. Runs quick, takes all sorts of programs and she loves it.
