When you're on your e-mail, it is so, so, so slow that you have to constantly refresh. I notified ASUS support and they just said it was because of my internet connection but NOT true as my other computer would be faster. The ASUS computers are noted to be slow and lag in time and I didn't know that until after purchasing this and look it up on Google, and they'll tell you there's a problem with it. I purchased this back in September of 2019 and now it's April of 2020 that I had to purchase a replacement computer and only keep this as a back-up if needed. Also, to disengage the Function Keys to coordinate with your software is horrible. Took me over a week with ASUS support to get it rectified.
