    Works okay. Same on / off switch as my 2010 ASUS that died. I need this laptop for the unidirectional microphone to zoom. I am not sure how confident I am about this purchase.

    The keyboard is too small. 10key is not a normal setup difficult to use. I had to buy an external to use as I am an accountant. No CD drive. I was talked into selecting this computer and I am not happy with it at all.

    Since I had the computer the screen blacks out for a few minutes and comes back on at random. A little concerning at this point other than that glitch it works great. Fast processing speed.

    Very disappointed that a missing key from the laptop was not disclosed when bought it. The key was broke, not just missing. I wish I could have taken the laptop back.

    Bought as a gift for a family member. Recently the screen stopped working but is covered under warranty. Still, it's too new for something like that to happen.

    Spent a lot of $ on this computer because I needed something with a lot of power and with a good camera for all my Zoom meetings. Camera glitches, snaps off and snaps to a green screen. Because of Covid it's impossible to even get an answer at the store and this computer needs to be replaced with a new one with working camera. Dissatisfied business owner.

    Breaking down after 6 months

    I bought this computer 6 months ago. The audio doesn't always work, it disconnects from the wifi every 2 minutes, and now every time I move the screen I heard a noise on the right side. for more than a thousand bucks I was expecting much more. I had another Asus computer that last me 10 years, but looks like their quality decreased over the years. I am done with Asus and Best buy since they are useless. It was supposed to have one year international warante.

    Be careful about Hybrid products (SSD & Hard Disk)

    This is really worst laptop i have bought. OS is not able to recognize the 1 TB space available on Drive C. Everyday, error message popup indicating that there is no sufficient space. Parameters in the laptop should set-up such way that OS is able to handle both C and D drive. But this is not the case here. ASUS shouldn't produce Hybrid laptops for high premium price, if the OS is not supporting both drives. I have contacted ASUS customer support and they are simply asking to for repair under warranty. After spending $1,199 for this "Premium" laptop, ASUS is expecting running around BestBuy and spend time to get it repaired. With this premium price, I should be in relax and work without any issue for next 2, 3 years. Please be careful when you these kind of Hybrid laptops. Go for SSD or Hard disk laptops. In addition to space issue, after 2 months, it is not able to connect to 5G WiFi

    This is a piece of junk. The Laptop immediately had failures of the sound system. No sound at all. After spending 30+ hours on the phone with tech support people (most of whom did not speak enough English to walk a dog), I was told to do an system image backup and reset. I did that. It still suffered sound failures every ten days of so. I have reloaded drivers about 50 times. Now it is going back to ASUS for warranty service. Never, never, never again will I buy an ASUS product.
