t's a wonderful Chromebook. The screen is amazing. The only minor issue that is NOT a deal breaker is opening the devise, it's difficult but not impossible to open it when it's closed, there is a small ridge to grip that requires some focus. Also the keys are hard to see when the backlight is not on because the white letter blend in with the silver keys. To turn on the backlight hold down the alt button and press the light "up" key on the top row. Otherwise I LOVE IT!!

I love this laptop! It’s easily transportable, touchscreen, and lasts long. I was a little apprehensive about buying a Chromebook but it was definitely worth it.

This chrome book is perfect for me because I use Google drive, Google Classroom, Gmail, Google slides, etc. It is extremely easy to use. It is quick and I love it!

I love being able to fold the key board so I can hold it like a tablet. The quality of the pictures is great and is really fast.

I am enjoying my chrome book. I just love the touch screen and how easy it is to manage. I also love the size of it compared to my laptop.

I bought this (and a printer) for wife for christmas. She has been thrilled with it. She uses it every day. She is happy and that makes ME happy. The screen is bigger than her old one. The color is much better. It is touch screen, which she REALLY loves. She uses it to play games with her friends, to play solitaire, to read her emails, to join in facebook fun, and most importantly, to do our banking. She loves being able to do everything on this new computer, and THEN, print out our bank statements, etc. We both highly recommend it.

This is a fabulous device. The store personnel was very informed and walked me through several options and was able to explain different features, benefits, and so forth of each. He also asked questions about my needs, experience, preferences, and so forth, and so was able to guide and inform my decision-making. This is the perfect fit for me. It is clear, user-friendly, easy to use, and has great features. It meets all my needs and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

This is a quality built Chromebook that is fun to work on. Great battery life, nice backlit keyboard, and glass touch-screen make this a solid machine.

I'm three days into my new ASUS Chromebook and with two exceptions, I'm loving it. Brand new user to Chromebook. I've been a Windows user for over twenty years so it is a struggle but I will get there! Spent a lot of time trying to figure out the best Chromebook for me. Certain features I had to have: 14" touchscreen (preferable 2-in-1) and backlit keyboard. The ASUS C433T filled the bill. Well built and attractive Chromebook. .......... HOWEVER, I may be returning it because of two design flaws: * It's impossible to open (well, not totally) but it is a pain and , * You can't read the keys in certiain lighting conditions. When the backlight is on, the keys blend in with the color of the board and they disappear!!! There is no contrast between the keys and the base. I read one review where they purchased a color keyboard cover and that solved the problem. I like the ASUS so much, I may try out that solution before I return it I will try to remember to post an update.

I like everything about this Chromebook except that the keyboard back lighting failed shortly after I bought it. The keys are hard to read in low light. The performance is great and the touch screen is nice to have,.

We purchased this Chromebook for use during school at home for the past year - and the touchscreen option worked well for the different homework assignments assigned. Easy to setup. The touchscreen did stop working a few months in, but it was within the 1 year manufacturer warranty so we were able to drop off at the Geek Squad and the screen was replaced - which was inconvenient but it was easy to work with Geek Squad to get the problem resolved.

Just what i was looking for... touch screen makes it much easier! Love that the battery life lasts all day!

This chromebook is very easy to use. The screen is a good size and having the option of using the touch screen or the keyboard is awesome.

The screen is bigger than my Surface Pro. I am changing over to everything Google - So my frustrations are not so much with the computer but with trying to get used to google and working from home with a very slow internet~!!!! I have trouble with slide bar on the right. Very hard to find.
