Problems with the hook up to Sony 400 watt sound bar

This laptop is great, I have not had any problems with it since I bought it, except for a virus...but that was my fault. Now that it's protected it's great!

I originally bought a Dell laptop and it crashed on me the first time opening it. I took it back and this one went on sale! It is WORTH every penny. Started off a little slow, but it is a great computer.

Multible calls to Geek Squad as TOO SLOW. Finally took it in to store. they improved it alot. Still getting use to the change from MAC to windows. am sure I am not using the machine to potential.

The Asus error message keeps popping up and not sure what to do to solve the problem but my computer is not running as fast and the keys are getting stuck. They started sticking right after I got the computer, I just figured it was because it was new.

Laptop runs slowly. I took it into the Geek Squad who confirmed that it was really slow. Best Buy was very accommodating and replaced the laptop for me; however, the replacement laptop runs slowly too. Surprising with so much ram and an I5 processor.

I purchased this computer for my boyfriend a few months ago and he loves it! The sales person was very helpful in our computer purchase process and recommended this laptop to us. Great battery life!

Our first computer arrived damaged but after returning it we got one that works great. They corrected their error and the computer has been great.

I was looking for a home laptop that could do basically everything. Personal, work, and gaming when the mood calls for it. I've been very happy with it, and I love the keyboards sizing and weight.

I have always liked Asus products. Unfortunately this PC had a problem with the volume keys. I thought there was something I could do to fix it. I tried to download the latest drivers, but it did not solve the problem. I returned it.

I liked everything about this computer except the sound. With volume at max it was much too low and would have required external speakers which I wasn't happy about. Other than that, everything else seemed to be ok. I did return it though.

I have always loved asus laptops they are very strong and dont get viruses easily, the laptop is also kid friendly i can flip the laptop back and let my 2 year old watch movies.

My initial impressions of this laptop were great. I thought it was great specs for the price. Nice features, usb type c, 1080p touch screen, aluminum casing. After using it for a while I started having issues with the hard drive. It froze up on me a few times, after showing 100% hard drive usage constantly even though the computer was doing almost nothing. I think it may have just been a faulty unit, and I ended up exchanging it for a similar but smaller toshiba laptop that was $100 cheaper due to a $200 sale price.
