I originally purchased an Apple MacBook Pro Air. I had to return it in about 2 weeks. This computer blows it out of the water! It's easy to use. I use it mainly for school, but have also watched some videos. It is fast, no lagging. I would highly recommend this!

Computer is slower than I anticipated. I also would like a lighter machine, but cost is a factor. Windows 10 is still more complicated than it needs. To use MYDRIVE you must have a multi digit password to get int the computer. Pain as the machine is a home computer and now I must enter a password and get a reboot every time I leave the machine for a 1/2 hr or so. Give me back windows Pro....

A combination of getting used to Windows 10, and the new computer, but I love everything about it so far. I have not used the tablet function very much, but when I did it was very easy to flip the screen over and have it automatically detect it.

LOVE this laptop! It is such a nice feature to be able to use it as a tablet, and touch screen is great, too! I would recommend the smaller size though if you plan to travel with it often. The bigger size isn't as nice for frequent travel.

At this price point ($700) you really can't beat what you get regarding speed, memory, and space. I love that the screen can be flipped over or tented and then used as a tablet. I would recommend this laptop without a doubt.

I would give it 5 stars but the track/touch pad is not very responsive; however, given that it's also a touch screen it's not as big a deal as it could be otherwise. Love the exterior aluminum case, the backlit keyboard, works fine, hopefully it will work fine for a long time as I do not intend on getting another one for quite a while.

It's the best of two worlds. Tablet or laptop! Flip hinges allows me to turn it into a tablet when I want one. Then I can flip it and have my full laptop. Great for watching movies. The screen/picture quality is amazing!

I love this computer when it works. It has all the features I wanted. Unfortunately, we had a rocky start with my computer randomly slowing, freezing, and requiring forced reboots. Also very high disk usage. It turned out that most of that was caused by a whole lot of unnecessary background programs running without my knowledge. Fortunately, I had purchased a year of Best Buy geeksquad support, and they were very helpful in showing me which features to turn off. Fingers crossed, I think we're up and running well now. Would I recommend this to a friend? Yes, but only with a big disclaimer that you should have the geeksquad set it up for you and ask them to turn off all the unnecessary features they can think of right from the beginning.

It's exactly what I wanted, in a computer! It's fast and very user friendly. Stays charged for a very long time, when unplugged. Love the lite up key board, for night time use. I would absolutely recommend!!!

very good screen, battery life is good. the speakers suck, the touchpad scrolls on its own if you're not careful it seems too sensitive and no adjustment for it. Touch screen works good and tablet mode is automatic. Niice laptop, fast with lots of memory.

I needed a laptop fast, reliable and economical. This product is fast, easy to use and has never disappointed me. It is a joy to use and I would recommend it for anyone needing a computer for basic needs.

I was in desperate need if a new laptop and didn't have a lot to spend! The Asus turned out to be perfect! I bought it at a discounted price (open box) and it's been wonderful! Fast and gets the job done!

When i bought this laptop i bought it online, because i got a free 6 month service of anti virus. Well the first laptop was broken, so i returned it and got me a new one. When i got the new one up and running, installed the anti virus and Windows Office. I get an email from Geek Squad telling me to hurry up and download the anti virus. I ignored it because i already had, on Aug 1, they shut my service down. I call Geek Squad and they told me they shut it down, because i exchanged the laptop in the store, and its no longer considered an online purchase & I no longer get the 6 months of free service. I thought this was a bunch of BS. I requested to speak to a manager, but of course, NO ONE WAS AROUND!!! Requested to be called back when one was available..still waiting for that phone call from The Geek Squad!!! Besides that, the PC is awesome...turns on quickly, light weight, love how it flips over & now you have yourself an notebook/tablet. However you want to look at it. Good purchase at any price honestly. Peace to you all!!

works fine so far, but havent had it that long. did have an issue with Mcafee, but uninstall fixed it.

Very solid investment for students and professionals. The i5 processor can handle multiple processes at once with little to no drop in performance. I would not recommend it for serious gamers but would for light to heavy users.

Although I do not use this computer much unless I am on the road, I find it very easy to use and lightning fast. I am having more trouble figuring out Windows 10, than the computer.

This laptop is awesome! Actually my first one I ever had. When it came to choosing a laptop I was always picky with color and specs and performance and screen resolution. It had to be touch screen and had to be convertible and had to have crazy amount of RAM crazy amount of storage and when I can never find anything that was suitable for my taste I just never bought anything. When I finally came across this laptop at the age of 27 I finally made up my mind LOL. Has everything I could want at the moment and then some. And it's also great for the family watching movies Great Sound; and of course you gotta love Katana.

I like the touchscreen and being able to fold it over into a tablet. Have had the mouse freeze up a few times while using the touchscreen then going back to mouse. It's very light weight. Screen size is excellent! Pretty easy to transition from google chrome to windows.
