Didn't get a chance to use the computer because the disc drive was bad. The replacement had issues with installing programs so I just returned it & got a MacBook

Just not for me. I was lead to believe it had a cd drive. I returned it before leaving the parking lot and bought a different laptop.

It has all the good specs and the display model seemed fast, but the unit I bought was somewhat sluggish. I returned it.

I have had so many problems with this laptop. The day and time changes often. It could be a day ahead and the time could be 4-5 hours behind or before... Error messages just appear and the laptop will sometimes just shut down. The font in my emails change on their own from really large to really small which cannot be regulated through the font function.

Does not perform as quick as I thought it may. It has great specs - just not great performance

The first month this computer was running great but when I started running engineering programs it freezes up. I purchased it exclusively to run solid works and other programs but it just cant keep up.Great if all you do is surf web and check email.

The computer that I bought was very slow, shut down randomly, changed the date, and had several errors reported. I am sure that it was not typical of Asus, which makes good computers. But I was disappointed with Asus support, which only recommended reinstalling Windows. I returned the computer and bought another brand.

I get the following message numerous times a day "display drive has stopped responding and has recovered" I am not happy about it. The computer has also crashed at lease twice since I purchased it about a month ago and once I did not think I was going to get it running again Also looks like I am going to have to upgrade my W-Fi because the computer keeps shutting it down requiring that I reboot it This is not a cheap computer I spent a $2000 for two of them and would take them back in a minute if I could get something else.

Would have preferred a larger keyboard-adjusting now
