Q: Ram and SSD upgrade abality
A: From my research, this laptop can be upgraded to 16GB of RAM. You can also swap out the slow 5400 RPM hard drive to an SSD hard drive.
Q: Does it have an ethernet port?
A: Yes, it has one NIC port on the laptop and built in wireless as well.
Q: is this running on a windows 10 32 or 64 bit platform
A: The computer runs Windows 10 64 bit Home.
Q: What size battery does this laptop have and how long is battery life?
A: I cannot tell you battery specifics for this laptop but i can speak for the battery life. For very heavy use (Touch Screen or Gaming) i have had it last almost 3.5hrs, and almost 4.5hrs with mediocre use. I'd say thats pretty good for a touch screen laptop.
Q: Does it come with an external speaker?
A: No, the laptop has a built in speaker. No additional speakers are included.

A: absolutley
Q: Can the battery be replaced with a longer life battery by the owner without voiding the warranty?
A: The battery of this model unit is non removable. Please be advised that it might void the warranty if anything gets damaged on your unit.
