This is a powerful laptop. I like that i can flip the screen and use it as a tablet. It has a DVD drive, ethernet, 3 usb ports, headphone/mic combo jack. I do hate that the memory card only goes in part way, and sticks out a lot.

Excellent laptop and extremely fast. Slick design. Enjoy the touch screen.

After getting feedback from the BB store associate I chose this very versatile laptop. Overall I'm very happy with it & use it daily for personal use. I haven't even seen "tip of iceberg" as far as what this laptop is truly capable of, though I know I'll learn with time. The only problem I've had (hence 4 stars) is trouble with the display driver after the 1st 3 weeks. I know it can be fixed by bringing it to the Geek Squad I just haven't had a chance to bring it yet & it runs fine most of the time. I'm very happy I bought the extra protection to protect my investment. So all on all an excellent purchase & would've given 5 stars but the display driver issue on a brand new laptop took out a star. I DO highly recommend this to any level of computer knowledge and needs (Buy the extra protection from the Geek Squad because you never know!)

I am writing the review from this same computer a year later. It is great and has had no problems what so ever. I highly recommend it!

Should come with a SSD! I replaced the 2TB 5400 rpm hard drive with a 480GB SSD and it becomes a really fast laptop. The battery life is ok since it is a higher power computer. At the price I paid for it as open box it was a screaming deal.

Haven't really used it that much but I like the flip screen and hate windows 10. They put the on/off button too close to the front on the side and I keep turning it off when I move it. It is light weight and I am happy with it.

I love the graphics and the features of the computer but since beginning (Webroot wouldn't install w/o geek squad remote in) and issues with the date/time jumping and many issues connecting to the internet & my wireless (believed to be caused by the date/time issues) Geek Tech stated that Microsoft said a total system reinstall needed to be performed and if it did it again, it was a hardware issue. Worked for about 3 days after the reinstall, then started again. I"m hoping it was only this computer because I"m ordering a replacement of the same kind. I"ll let you know if the new one does the same thing. Much of my frustration has been w/Geek Squad. Sometimes I love them, sometimes I don't..Just know that if you get cut off in the middle of a service call, they DON'T call you back and you GET to start all over again with someone new........ I"ll let you know after my new one if I would recommend this to a friend. FYI, I'm thankful I purchased the 3 year Geek Squad or I'd probably really be up a creek w/a faulty computer.

It has the best graphics card and it has 2tb and epic screen

It's our first working computer in years, and we finally got tired of just smart phones and tablets. This computer is great. It is a tad bit on the heavy side of the scale, but it will mostly be at home. The tech guy at the Farmington, NM, Best Buy was great, too.

I bought this computer because its specs were awesome for its price: 2 TB of memory, 12 GB of RAM, a graphics card, and a 2-in-1 design. However, I found that its performance did not quite live up to its specs. In the first two weeks, I was tempted many times to return the product because of the problems that I encountered. The computer froze and/or rebooted many times a day while doing routine tasks. The system clock displayed the wrong date and time--often off by weeks--despite my resetting the clock to either automatic or manual time settings. The total boot up time is 4 or 5 times longer than it is on any of my other three computers, despite the fact that they all have the same software installed. The bloatware was enormous. After a few weeks of tinkering, updating the firmware, removing the bloatware, and tech support help, I did manage to improve things to the point that I no longer think about returning the unit. It no longer freezes more often than any other computer does, and the time clock keeps perfect time for at least a week or two before going bonkers. It still boots slowly, and often takes 4 or 5 minutes to become fully functional, but once running it performs satisfactorily. My biggest complaint now is the placement of the on/off switch. It is located on the front side of the computer, at exactly the place where I automatically place my hands to move the computer an inch or two when I'm trying to see the screen better. That turns off the computer, which then requires several minutes to reboot. You'd think that by now I would learn not to do that, but when I am concentrating on my work I often forget not to do it. On the plus side, I do like the lighted keyboard, and the 2-in-1 feature. The hard drive storage space is awesome. Overall now, after having gotten the bugs out, I'd say that I am reasonably satisfied with the computer, although certainly not ecstatic about it.

This is the first laptop I've ever owned. I've never worked on one that I liked other than this one. Things are a lot different than a desktop, but I imagine I'll get used to it soon. The touch screen is great!

Wasn't sure what to expect when getting a 2-in-1 laptop, but so far this one has definitely lived up to expectations. I do keep putting it to sleep or otherwise turning it off because of the awkward position of the power button. Surprisingly light, but feels like it can withstand the rigors of what I'd put it through.

I got this laptop for gaming purposes only and I have not had any games or laptop while playing them crash on me.

After experiencing some glitches with a higher end model that was twice the price of this little guy I am more than satisfied. I have not experienced any issues what so ever. The size is great for my music library and working speed is ideal. I also appreciate the size of the keys and great casing, very sturdy.

We finally got a computer we have had zero problems with. Finally after we had to take back the first 2 Toshiba;s we bought. We are not very computer literate so this product is fantastic for us.

We had the best salesman/helper we went through several laptops and he asked me questions and narrowed it down to 3 laptops. We choose this one because it's touch screen, backlit keyboard, more memory and they had an open box one. Even if they did not have an open box one I still would have gotten this one.

My son has an ASUS & he said it was one of the best computers he had! So I decided to get one when I would need a new computer! I really like it!

I would definitely recommend this laptop. It is great both as a laptop and when you flip around and turn it into a tablet. Asus always seems to make a great product. I am very happy with it .
