Absolute DREAM MACHINE!

I'm by no means an expert when it comes to laptop, nor am I -- in a strict sense -- a "creator" (I'm a writer in a comms team with others who do AV). However, as a consumer who was looking for a durable, hardy and efficient all-in-one machine that could handle my productivity and gaming needs, I'm super impressed by what the Asus PX13 offers. It can handle normal office tasks at a blistering fast rate, no matter how many tabs, docs or PDFs are open, and it can also handle all of my gaming needs on Ultra settings @ 120 fps when plugged into my 65" 4k TV with only the most occasional stutter, depending on the game. After trying a Lenovo Legion 5 Slim Gen 8 AMD and a Zephyrus G14 2024 -- the former a decent but somewhat cheap and slow computer, the latter an absolute furnace in terms of noise and heat levels -- I believe I can settle with this one. PERFECTION!

I returned this laptop after experiencing repeated issues with blue screens and random restarts, even though it was brand new. Initially, I noticed problems with the display, which seemed to register movement when there wasn’t any. I couldn’t tell if this was due to the touchscreen or the touchpad. Over time, the device became increasingly sluggish, eventually leading to frequent BSODs. After a full restore, I had no choice but to return it. Beware.

Best build quality on the market, beautiful display, and a wonderful keyboard. Great thermals under load too...
Now, the software problems are immense. I had issues with the Wi-Fi randomly connecting, blue screens, and the trackpad double-clicking. These issues are often resolved by ASUS, but these software updates come out slowly. I often had to reinstall drivers to get things working again. It's worth it if you are willing to tinker with it every now and then to get things working right, but at this price point, I don't think that you should have to do that.

No Weaknesses - Best Laptop on the Market Currentl

The PX13 with 4060 is the fastest ultraportable out at the moment. This machine is completely premium in every way - with the only minor downside being the 60Hz refresh rate on the OLED screen and the poor design of the Creator Hub that replaces Armoury Crate. Run gHelper instead for a better experience. Best Buy has a tendency to alternate discounts between this model and the 4050 model.
The keyboard on this unit is without question the best tactile response of any laptop I have ever used including the excellent articulated keyboards that used to be used by Lenovo. The 1.7mm travel feels amazing.
I will also say that if you want a smaller power brick I have personally experimented with an ASUS OEM 100W power supply (usb-c). Nowhere else will confirm it works - I can. I measured the power - the device uses the full 100w and you will barely notices the speed difference. CPU and GPU benchmarks won't hit quite the short-term peaks but long term power use is nearly up to what the 200W brick delivers.
Battery life in silent mode screen about 50% in dark mode and browsing or video playing is nearly 10 hours.

Finally, a light 13" laptop that is equivalent to the power of much larger "workstation" laptops. Awesome speed, screen and overall implementation. Compared to Intel Core 13" no comparison.
A great portable and powerful machine that is up to any task you throw at it.
Only negative is the size and weight of the charger which is bigger and heavier than I would like for such a portable machine BUT that is the tradeoff.
Don't expect battery life to be the equal of Qualcomm laptops but for the most arduous tasks, I have found this laptop to provide more than enough battery life over 6 hours at full brightness and power.

The screen looks awesome. The touchscreen and graphics are the reason i got this and they work great for what I'm using it for. A little 3D modeling.

Nice screen and fast, but glitchy. Alot of things just stop functioning and require a restart. May be windows 11 pro, unsure. Made of metal exterior but cheap. Bump it hard enough which is easy to do being a 2 in 1, and donesies. Battery life when running a hefty program DRAINS FAST. Had to being it in for repair, they couldn't repair it, so had to replace it. Despite having the best buy premium coverage/membership I had to pay over a $100 for processing the repair request despite their inability to repair. I then had to pay an additional $250 because the product was originally purchased on a discount sale and best buy wouldn't honor the original price. All in all, feels like I should've just purchased a less expensive machine.

I had the ASUS ROG Flow X16 before this so i'm used to the form factor (foldable touch screen). This is a great and powerful replacement. I wish the screen was more than 60hz refresh rate, but i use an external display most of the time anyways so that doesn't bother me as much. Would love to have it at 120 hz at least for on the go streaming and gaming. Battery life is acceptable. It's no macbook, but it gets the job done.

TERRIBLE TERRRIBLE PRODUCT. Online reviews are very misleading this laptop is a complete mess of driver issues and bugs the laptop is not even usable. After mutliple reinstalls of windows this laptop is a complete mess to operate, I currently have no audio and even the simplest tasks of scrolling through a pdf is a nightmare because of how poor the track pad works. Its a shame something with so many features and capabilities does all of them terribly. Everytime I use this laptop I regret ever spending money on it especially with best buys horrible return policy.

Good performance, poor battery. Buggy USB docking

With one month of use of this PX13, I would share my honest review. First, the screen is beautiful, but I have it connected to my 49" ultrawide screen most of the time. Performance is great, handle pretty much anything I throw at it. The 4060 handles some modern 3D gaming smoothly with medium-high setting. The machine may run pretty hot while gaming, and just a little warm for daily use.
Con: Battery life is not so good. Regular productivity work last around 3 hours. The most annoying part are the USB4 ports are very buggy when connected to a docking station. The right USB4 port will output video to my monitor, but won't accept other USB input such as keyboard or mouse. The left USB4 port is also buggy too. You have to open the lid, turn on the laptop, log in to windows, and wait for windows to detect the docking station and then you can close the laptop lid...Very buggy if you want to use it with a docking station or USB-C monitor.
