I absolutely love this laptop. This is my second ROG gaming laptop and this one though not 4k makes up for it with a buttery fast refresh rate. I would recommend this gaming rig for online FPS players and those who have older games that need a boost in power.

I received this laptop about 10 days ago, and so far, I am satisfied with it.

Had it for a few months now. No serious complaints other than it will move the cursor while I am typing to a random spot on a the page and my type will continue in the random spot. Annoying. Plays any and all games I want to play. It can be a bit slow loading the shaders for some games but once loaded the game runs at top or fully maxed settings. Get a pad. This thing can get hot and the fan can get load. Noise level isn't an issue bc I wear headphones to game but if you don't. Speakers on it are a bit weak. It'll get hot and loud. Yes I would recommend

Man, this thing tears through games like it’s nothing. My last laptop was from 2009, and honestly, it’s wild how much laptops have evolved since then. One thing I’ve noticed—since I’m super picky about visuals in video games—is how sharp everything looks on this 16-inch screen. At first, it almost felt too sharp compared to my 25-inch monitor. After messing around, I found that dropping the resolution on this laptop in-game to 1920 x 1200 gives me the same pixel density as 2560 x 1440 on the bigger 25inch screen. The best part? It still looks amazing, and this beast can handle max settings in most games without even flinching.

This is a truly great gaming laptop with very few titles that could not hit 60 at high or above settings. My only complaint; the battery does not last long! This is really something you want plugged in while you play most times, which, for a laptop, is obviously not great. But if you're buying a high end gaming laptop, you already knew to expect a battery life that isn't much longer than a couple hours of hardcore gaming.

Decent laptop very fast no issues so far i use plugged in so battery was not a issue therea different performance settings so battery will drain if put on ultra performance

I purchased this laptop for my friend, who used it barely 1 month, we used to play CS2 together. We enjoyed a lot. Unfortunately my friend has passed away in an accident, I’m glad I purchased this laptop for him and played hours together. It’s a memory now

This laptop is a beast. Play almost all AAA with high settings and it runs cool.

So far so good. Definitely runs warm/hot just like any other gaming laptop. I suggest you get a cooling pad

I was on the fence about getting a gaming laptop vs a desktop, but I’m glad I went with this. It’s a bit heavy, but no worse than my mp2. It doesn’t get terribly hot, and wow it just works well for gaming and the graphics looks great.
