    This laptop offers a lot of performance for the price. The processor and memory are very fast. There was very little bloatware, only McAfee which was easy to uninstall. I haven't had any major issues in the first week of owning it. Pros: - Fast processor and memory - Great looking screen in low light situations - Hinge goes all the way flat - Decent size and weight, I don't travel with it too much, but it wouldn't be bad to carry on a plane. Cons: - Screen has A LOT of GLARE, might apply a matte screen protector to help. In well-lit areas the screen is very difficult to read. - Fans are loud when it is running at higher speeds, but it most everyday usage it - Keyboard is a bit cramped, they fit a numpad on the laptop which made all the other keys a bit smaller. - Screen size is a bit odd, it is a bit shorter and wider than other laptops Tips: - The screen can go up to 120hz refresh rate. It is supposed to set the rate on its between 60 and 120. I always saw it at 60 so I forced it to always be 120.

    Lover this laptop. It is super powerful and had an amazing screen. I ran stress tests on the GPU and cpu simultaneously and never even hit 80. The display is amazing and I highly reccomend it. Thr cooling blows out the bottom so it won't suck up dust. Generally great, only gripe is no ethernet port.

    I have been using this laptop fairly lightly for school purposes and very light gaming and I get very poor battery life. If you want something that has to be plugged in 24/7 just invest the money you would spend on this device into building a desktop because you would be lucky to get 2 hours of battery life on this device (on light use).

    This Laptop is excellent so far The Oled screen looks beautiful and has much deeper colors than my samsung lcd It is able to maintain 60fps in Elden Ring at 2880 x 1620 with low - medium settings which honestly looks great because of the high ppi and amazing oled colors I have run premiere pro on this while also using second screen on my tablet to have multiple editing screens at the same time and it runs very well

    I purchased this laptop and received it 2 days ago. I bought it because it was a great blend of screen size, storage space, speed, graphics, and more. I wanted something that was powerful and dependable. This is a "new" laptop, so it was a bit of a risk to take the leap of faith to get this not knowing the battery life, etc. So far, the battery life seems decent for what's under the hood. It seems like somewhere between 2-4 hours of battery life. The screen is big and beautiful. It doesn't feel crammed. The keyboard is GREAT. Very responsive. I am very happy with it. Everything runs quickly. I haven't done any video editing on it yet, but opted for this model because of the video card and RAM config because it gives me that option if I am working away from my office but need to do some video editing. Everything I use on my desktop runs on this smoothly. My ONLY complaint - the charger isn't readily available, even from ASUS - and it is a plug, not a USB C port (though you can use USB C for power delivery (it says) but I want to find a second charger so I can have one in my backpack and one stationary at home. Setup was smooth. I removed Mcafee right away but everything else is pretty good - no big bloatware or anything. I may also try some games on Steam at some point but haven't tried it yet as this is mostly for work, but may do pleasure at some point. This is a great laptop for every day use and power on the go. Not too heavy but the size is worth it because the screen is very good on the eyes and easy to read.

    Right off the bat you could tell it had a stunning display, high resolution and quality. The 16:9 screen ratio takes a little to get used to if you're not used to it, but not a bother. Fan is not too loud, even after an hour or more of gaming. I love the metal build of the laptop; cold to the touch, very smooth and durable. My only complaint is that the battery goes down very rapidly. Goes from about 100 to 20 percent in about 2 hours. Definitely have to be plugged in during intense usage. Still would heavily recommend! Extremely powerful ram and lots of storage.

    Really awesome computer. Fast for gaming, CAD 3D modeling softwares (SolidWorks, Autocad), and for mixing music. Best price-quality relationship on the market

    I’ve been using Apple for my entire life. They are very reliable, never crash. The computer I bought crashes everyday. It’s fast when it works, but I don’t really like it and will go back to Apple next time.

    I bought this one because of its overall performance and price on the paper. It turns out to be a big disappointment. The display screen shows a black line after only 2 months. I searched the internet and people said it was usually caused by one of electrical wirings between display and computer main board is defective. This laptop has the selling point to bend the display to 180 degree. And I highly suspect this is an immature design that results in the defects of display wiring in such a short time. The even worse thing is the bestbuy service. They charged me $87 to ”handling” the device to manufacturer. They didn’t tell me this cost when I setup an appointment to drop the laptop. I specifically asked what I need to do for dropping off the laptop, and they phrased it as there is manufacturer warranty and I shall not be oblige to any cost. The day I dropped it in the store and I was informed that I needed to pay the “handling” fee. I have already wiped all the data and had it ready for reparations. If I have been told in advance I would not choose to get repaired by BB. Stay away from this laptop and BB.

    Faulty display

    Not sure if I was sent a faulty computer or if they are all made this way, but my computer screen has been going out. Happened while I was djing a wedding too. I had to hard reset the computer because the screen was black and no buttons would work. Another issue I had was playing Netflix. When I pressed play on the movie the screen went fuzzy black and white static. Couldn’t do anything but hard reset the computer. Tried again, And same thing happened. Spending 1,300 on a computer for it to be faulty is just not the move

    After less than a month of use it suddenly broke. Sent it in for repair, which took a month, and now once i got it back it was missing a piece. Now j get to wait another month to get it back. Never buying another Asus product again
