Do Not Waste Your Money

Only used it a handful of times because I got discouraged of how complicated the set up was. Then after using head phones one time, the head phone port stopped working. Then on top of that, it started running slow. CONSTANT POP UPS, asking me to set this up and add this and activate this. Very annoying. Only used it a few times, service shouldn't have been so slow so soon. Waste of money. After calling ASUS directly, they told me they'd repair the port but I had to pay for shipping!!! Awful service on their part.

Don't listen to the wrong person department

Got this laptop and i am so discussed, i was told it was good for my intentions and it was at a good price..No IT'S NOT! I cant sign in to my email, write a document, watch a video or stream...let's you download apps but freeze when you try to open them. Haven't been 24hrs yet smh....this going back real fast.

Didn't even stay on for 2 mins

It was able to turn on for maybe a min then it shut off and wouldn't turn back on. Just my luck, now I have to return it and get my money back. Not purchasing my next one from best buy.

Won't run MS Office 2007
