this was a great purchase at a great value. It's even faster than the one of purchase before.

It is a bit slow, but it can handle basic tasks wwel. the battery has a pretty long life too

My other laptop bit the dust so was looking for another. Didn't need a lot of fancy perks just the basic stuff. This had about what I needed so it is what I purchased. Seems a little slow. Maybe my old one was a faster model and that's what I was used to. If I had to buy another I would probably get a different model, but good for the price.

One exception- This model doesn't have a light that tells you when the Caps Lock is engaged. Sometimes I hit it accidentally, and then I wonder why there's a lower case "t" followed by upper case "HE" in the word "The." I guess when you learned on a Selectric III, everything else doesn't quite make the grade. I do like the battery life of this computer. I can use it for a long time before looking to plug it in.

great computer for 200 bucks. heck, i remember back in 1987 when my dad spent over 2300 dollars for an IBM PC XT that is one one trillionth slower than this ASUS I bought for 200 bucks and now you know what a deal you are getting. Plus adjusted for infaltion what my dad spent back in 1987 is equivalent to over 3000 dollars to todays costs.

My son loves this laptop computer, just right for doing his school work and playing games.

I bought two of these computers for my parents. My dad was looking for something extremely basic, he mainly just wants to surf the internet. My mom needed something with slightly more capabilities. They both seem to like the computers and haven't had any issues. They were a cheap option but seemed like a good value for what they got.

I am very happy with my computer. It is exactly what I wanted and very reasonably priced.

I bought this laptop for my boyfriend just for him to use in his leisure. It works good. The sales associate warned me that this laptop isn't the best to use because the processor wasn't an i3 or better, but we don't have any complaints. He uses it from time to time to browse, and pay bills so overall it gets the job done!

For the price, this is a great computer. Have not had any issues or problems with it.

This computer is simple. It's cheap. For what it is, it's a good computer. It's got enough memory to do what you need and it handles basic applications and other commands well. I recommend it if you're looking for something to just hop on when you want to watch a video online and browse as well as watch movies and such.

We needed an extra laptop for the shop. Works well for what we need at a great price.

I needed a laptop that did not cost an arm and a leg, but it had to have some features, or i could not use it for what I needed. (I teach adults how to service and repair copiers.) This laptop has turned out to be the best investment that I have made in a long time. And thanks to Best Buy Geek Squad, This laptop is perfect.

Good lap top for the price. The mouse is a little annoying with the hard click.
