I purchased this as a gift. The person I bought for needed a laptop which could browse the internet and do small jobs like Microsoft office, etc. They have been very happy with the gift and like all that it can do. obviously it isn't the fastest, most powerful, etc, but for a person who needs the basics, this works fine.

Its all than I need. Good., no heavy and great color

since I'm used to windows 7 going to windows 10 was a bit hard for me. still getting the hang of it. Not happy that Microsoft office was not included, and that my version of it won't work. So now I have to buy a new one. Alsoo can't get kapersky to upload

My dad bought me this laptop at the end of August and it's perfect for my needs! The battery does run out quickly when in constant use, so I always pack my charger with me. Overall, I would definitely recommended this laptop for a college student on a budget.

I was skeptical about buying a laptop at this price range, I use it for work primarily & it's the best laptop for the price. By that I mean that Asus has packed so many great components to bring the most quick & premium experience possible. Highly Recommend.

the product works for what I need. its easy to use

great for basic use, internet ,photo storage. Battery life longer than I thought. Very light laptop compared to old asus that I currently own. Would recommend.

We bought two of these for home schooling our two children. One worked fine out of the box. The other had to be returned for another. It kept having connection issues, dropping it and then connecting when it felt like it. Since using the replacement it performs as expected. It is a very functional unit for my children.

This computer seemed ok at first. The plastic exterior and mouse pad gave it a cheap feel. It worked fine for about 2 weeks and then it wouldn't turn on unless I had the charger plugged in ( even though it was fully charged). When I removed the cable it would immediately shut off. I contacted Geek Squad and they told me to return it to the store. The associates were very helpful. I told them I wanted to purchase a better laptop so I was given a store credit for the full price of the item and they helped me choose a better one. Thank you Best Buy for excellent service after the sale!

Not really a fan of any windows computer but you get what you pay for.

Our daughter needed a laptop for high school. We didn't want to spend a lot of money now, as she'll need a new laptop when college rolls around. It's not fantastic but has been satisfactory so far. Considering the price, it's been a good purchase.

This is a lightweight laptop with some very good features and plenty of external connections. But the laptop sometimes freezes up and the mouse pad does not always provide smooth control of the pointer. Additionally the laptop speed fluctuates sometimes even when only one operator control program is running.

This purchase surprised me on how great it is. Bought this laptop on sale just because I needed a extra and it's really good I would totally recommend it

Got this laptop for schoolwork on the labor day sale for cheap. Not the best for other activities, but perfect for taking notes and doing classwork. Sometime the wireless internet doesn't work like it should, causing me to have to restart, but that's been the only real significant problem I've encountered.

I bought this computer to use with a document camera for teaching art classes. It worked just fine with no problems. I have been using it for 2 weeks straight now.

He wanted a Surface but after doing his research decided this laptop had what he needed at a lower price point. He has enjoyed using it and learning more about PCs, and it's worked great so far.

Easy to access. No problem with the computer, but having trouble adjusting to the new Windows 10.

This is a great laptop at a great price. The screen is good size. The speed of the processor is nice. If you just want a nice laptop to surf the Internet create some documents and have a decent amount of storage this is what you should buy.
