I've had my laptop for 1 year, I'm ready to upgrade to 8 or higher GB's. I Use as a personal and business laptop.

Bought this computor on tax free day. Have a acer laptop bought in 2006. Just wanted a newer model. 4 gigs of ram ,runs slow .windows 10 did a update that slowed my computor down so bad. Took 3 days to finish. finished update still some glitches freeze ups, script troubles. Have att dsl 1.5kbps. They call it ultra. Ha Ha.

This laptop is great! I'm very satisfied with my purchase. Ive had good luck so far. The price was very reasonable.

I asked an employee from there about the product they told me they wouldn't recommend it to get a more expensive one. But I wasn't willing to by another expensive laptop and have it break once the warranty was over so I gave a cheap one a try. I am happy to say for the price N what I need it for it absolutely great would recommend if all u need it for is simple email n checking videos out.

bought it used for a great price. No problems. very easy to set up and use. sound is good and the screen is clear.

Good laptop for students for make yours homeworks.

Solid computer for doing simple procedures. I woulnt reccomend if you need to play games or have multiple files open.

Went into a Best Buy location in hope's of finding an affordable computer at a competitive price and I found this computer. For someone looking for a computer that has access to the internet and can do basic word processing, this machine will do the trick.

Had been having various laptop problems for months. Didn't realize it was probably eight years old, and that I might expect problems. Looked at my options after a consult with a terrific Geek. Slow machine but useful for my purposes. On a scale of 1-10, I would rate a 6.

This laptop was purchased for my daughter to assist in her school work. Being she's still young and careless, I decided to look for something on the cheaper end. This laptop is great for the price. You will need to clean up some of the preinstalled software, but otherwise a solid buy for someone on a tight budget, or like myself looking for one for a child. I may get one for myself.

My husband uses a computer for webserfing. He's not a gamer, so the sales assoc. at Best Buy recommended this computer. It processes well, but we all get annoyed with the mouse pad. It's also very light, but not in a good way. It feels almost hollow. Now that we've used the computer for a while, we have somewhat gotten used to it, but I would not buy this computer again.

So first off, I'm not a gamer. Bought this for basic everyday tasks such as online classes. However I'm greatly surprised by this laptop. I got an open box special for under $200 and it performs better than my previous $800 HP beats laptop. Doesn't freeze, great speed and battery life. No problems running conferences through adobe connect either with built in webcam. Great value!!

I wanted to make my daughters experience in college a good one to start. I knew going to Best Buy I would find a laptop at the right price for me to afford. the best thing is my daughter is very happy with her laptop and I have been thanked greatly which means a lot. As parents we don't hear enough thanks.
