OS Failed In Less Than A Month!

I bought it for basic email use and for my son to do homework. From the beginning it was very slow to boot up and run basic programs like internet Explorer or Firefox. If I had more than 2 programs open it ran extremely slow. Then one day it just would boot up at all. Took it back to Best Buy and got a refund. Replaced it with a Lenonvo touchscreen model that was on sale.
