Excellent phone, very intuitive

Intuitive to use, easy to set up. The customer service I received was superlative, and the person who assisted me even called AT&T to get them to transfer all my information from my ZTE phone/AT&T account to the Samsung phone

Great for my need

I'm also able to watch videos pretty easily without issues. The speakers sound great. The processor is speedy enough for me as well. I'm not a gamer so I didn't need anything fancy. Overall, I'm very pleased with this purchase.
