Brand my sister likes and the purchase was for her

The laptop is ok for a $200 value as it has all the required ports - USB 3.0 HDMI, Ethernet, Memory Card Reader. The keys feel shallow while typing and the build quality is cheap. If basic browsing is the main requirement, this laptop fits the bill.

Only problem it loses wifi every few days and you have to shut it down to get it on again other than that a good computer.

I ended up returning this laptop because it was so slow. I think this laptop is a great first time laptop for someone who wants to do basic internet browsing, but beyond that, not recommended

It may not have tons of power, but it has it where it counts! This computer was bought for a senior citizen in my family and she is doing great with it. I was worried it would be intimidating, but she has enjoyed every minute of surfing the web!

Got this for my dad. He uses it every day to watch videos and go on the web. Has not failed him yet. Nice big easy to read screen and the new Windows was a easy switch for him. Yay for me!

I purchase for my daughter who graduated with her AA from college to replace the one I bought for HS graduation. She loves this one compared to her HP she had! Would recommend this product.

The look and feel of the computer I like. One main reason I picked it was because of the 10- key on board. What I highly dislike is the updates. It updates often and the updates take for-ev-er!! Most people would say...you get what you pay for.

i needed a new laptop for school went to look and the sales person said this laptop would be a great laptop that she had one herself and loved it i bought it and i love it too does everything i need if you need one go to best buy and get it

This is a great laptop for basic functions like email and web surfing. This is my second ASUS after a long line of Dells that would develop various hardware problems after a couple of years. I'll stick with ASUS and never buy another Dell.

Overall this laptop is a nice starter budget PC. The quality in workmanship decent, the bootup time is great, and the processor performance I rate it a 7 out of 10. If your looking to just surf and email then you can't go wrong with this.

I got this because I needed a 2nd laptop for general stuff because I didn't want to overload my school/working laptop. This laptop will definitely serve you for the basic computing tasks, but I'm quite disappointed with the startup time.

Cheap laptop that does pretty much the bare minimum and nothing else. Quite a bit of bloat ware out of the box but not as bad as some other notebooks. Works as a cheap browser if you need a Windows machine but don't have much to spend.

I am a college student, I was looking for a basic laptop that I could take with me to work with me and work on my school work. This laptop was NOT a good laptop. For some reason I could not submit my work when using this laptop. The system was incompatible with my college's website. It also took a long time to load things and it was brand new. It also would randomly *drop* the internet, it can't hold a WiFi signal at all. I returned this laptop for a Lenovo with a faster processor. I say save a little more money and get a better laptop.

Bought it for the wife to surf the web and do minor stuff. Honestly the processor is slow and expected such but not this slow. Wife prefers to just use her phone and hates this thing.

Purchased as a quick on the go laptop. One of the last remaining ones with a built in DVD player. Quick startup even after loading all of my software which is all on Disc. Convenient that I don't need to carry around an external drive.

Great laptop for the low price. I needed just a simple laptop to replace my old one and this satisfies my need. It came with windows 10 and I'm still learning all the different apps and shortcuts but it's great for what I need it for.

I bought this for my sister who just started college. She has been using for online classes and it has not given her any trouble. She constantly is telling me how great the laptop works and how she likes the key pads and big screen.

Decent entry-level laptop for web browsing and word processing, but don't bother with the webcam. The resolution is VGA, which is 640x480. Not even widescreen. Was it really cost-effective to have such a bad webcam on the laptop?

I love this item is the wave of the future. Traditional laptop are slowly being phased out. Evertone is going to the tablet laptop its just more practical. I love this device I wish it had a stylus type pen for use in tablet mode.
