It has been perfect! It is light, so when I travel it is easy to carry and work on, or watch a movie while waiting for those connecting flights! The graphics are great, I've never had a problem with it!

My son and I specifically asked for a computer that he can watch his DVDs on without having to download anything else needless to say this does not have that capability so he cannot watch his movies on it

I picked this up with my daughter; she kept it for about a week and by that time she could not even connect to internet with it. This is the fourth laptop I have purchased through BB and we are two for two.

The laptop has ASUS motherboard which makes it really good. All other cheap laptops have cheap quality motherboard which looses there performance over the period. I have experienced this with HP and dell.

This computer was a replacement for my Dell, which was stolen, and I am VERY happy with it! It has been easy to learn, and is reliable. The keyboard has a good feel, and the screen is clear and colorful.

Really disappointed; I find it very slow. The screen zooms in and out when you barely touch the touch pad. Very annoying. Have not been able to fix that yet!

I have owned this laptop for one month and it completely crashed 2 hours after I turned it on and I have already had 2 Geek Squad sessions regarding it. Purchase of an extended warranty is a must!

I purchased this for my kid because I got tired of him using mine all the time. Asus makes very good computers. I recommend them to everyone. Great laptop for the price I paid. Worth every penny.

This laptop doesn't works good for applications, it's very slow, and unfortunately it worked for me for 14 months, after that it dead at all.

I only had this for 6 days and ended up exchanging, then returning in less than a week. On day 2, the first machine died. Literally would not turn on. Took it back for a different one. The second one also had battery issues but would later turn back on. Too many problems for a brand new machine in less than 6 days so I returned the second one and got my money back.

This computer is great for a college student. It is not big and bulky and it is not super fragile. It works for everything I need and more. Programs run quickly and it is very easy to figure out

This laptop has been great so far. Works well for my online college courses and is great with surfing the Web and downloading. Also pretty fast playback time on videos. No complaints at all.

I bought this laptop for my fiance and she loves it! I only wish it came with a subscription to Office 365. I rated it a 5 because for what she does and will do with the laptop- it's perfect!

Was weary of Windows10 but this works great. Battery life's good but the charging plug is a little awkward.

ASUS budget laptop for wife entertainment. Died 16 days after purchase. BB sent it to ASUS to have defective motherboard replaced. They did it. It works. That's what you get for this price.
