This Laptop is great. It does everything I need it to do. I am not a gamer so it suits my needs perfectly.

Great performance for a low cost laptop! I have slow performance while streaming occasionally but not nearly as often as I expected. This little laptop has far exceeded my expectations.

The laptop was a replacement for a much more expensive laptop that I had given to my daughter. The laptop is very light but feels sturdy. Has very good speed and capacity for the price.

This Asus VivoBook was purchased for a first year college student. It's working out great as a school slaying laptop and doubles as an entertainment hub with Netflix and its HDMI port.

I bought this ASUS for general computer use and craft use. It wouldn't keep the wifi signal but my iPad and phone were fine in the same room. It took a long time to do anything on it so I returned it and bought a more expensive (but wonderful ACER).

It runs slowly and internet response is poor. Most of the time Google Chrome does not even start. IE and Firefox are better, but not great.

Easy to set up with wireless router, runs great for an everyday computer. I don't do a lot of gaming, but this is fast and easy for web-surfing, and doing documents and spreadsheets.

The geek squad was great at recommending this to me. It more than exceeds what I wanted or needed. The computer is very fast at starting up and loading programs. Worth every penny.

This computer is very slower than I expected. The wifi card drop the internet connection very often.

This system is slow for the technology that's out there today even for the price. Had no luck getting connected to wifi or any internet

Needed to replace an older laptop before it exploded. Wanted something mostly for internet searches, email, and storing photos (simple, simple, simple). Was talked into buying this one at Best Buy. Found this hard to figure out how to do anything on it. Hate all the interactions with its "features". Just leave me alone to do some simple things and quit changing stuff every day! Apparently the 1 month McAfee protection was worthless; supposedly got hacked into and payed $110 to get unhacked by McAfee. Ticked me off royally.

Bought this for my college student to replace an older laptop. So far, she loves it. The 10-key pad was a requirement for her. Bestbuy online purchase and pickup was super easy!

I would save for a better processor and ram. It’s so slow for this day and age. Painful to use and cheap construction

Still trying to figure out some things with this laptop. sometimes the connection to my internet disappears, also can't find the port for a outside speaker.. Still learning..

We use this laptop for our timeclock app. Initially chosen because of limited space, this laptop has proven itself a reliable workhorse, tough, dependable, and a sleek design.

Picked this up to check e-mail and watch movies when I'm out of town and so far no problems. Looks good with it's brushed silver. Also I got Red Alert 3 to run so game on.

This PC is very user friendly and does exactly what its supposed to do. I would recommend it to anyone and I love the PIN unlock feature vs needing to use a password.

My worst computer purchase, by far. In short: Purchased for basic surfing and use for grad school work--nothing heavier than using Microsoft Office a lot. This particular Asus regularly dropped the wireless connection to my brand-new and not-cheap modem. When this happened, the Asus could never reconnect without a restart, which was time consuming and annoying to do at least once a day, but as many as several times back to back, immediately after connecting. I called customer service, where the rep seemed pained to have to talk to me. She offered suggestions I disable this or that (why disable some driver or other, which the manufacturer feels is important enough to have installed in the first place?). This did nothing to solve the problem. This Asus also had a screen that froze up, pretty much every day. This would also require a restart. Mind you, this was not from running too many programs. This could happen without a single browser open. I returned this computer and got an Acer, which is a mrerely a fair quality computer, but far superior to the Asus--it would be difficult to be inferior to it, lest it were made of stone.

My daughters 2nd year in college. Her first computer was too old. This one has great features.
