When I bought it I thought it would be very fast and efficient but instead after a month or two it started acting very slow

Although it is faster than the Lenovo that's comparable it's still very slow. I don't know if it's just my luck with computers. But when you click to open a program sometimes most of the time the program will never open. In my experience with almost any computer control alt delete should get you into the task manager. However with this computer I would say it let's you maybe 10% of the time. Returning it tomorrow.

I like the computer. I just didn't like the fact that the sales rep told me I had to buy a program in order to use the pc. Now I'm stuck with a software that Ididn't Need

The sales person who assisted me my boyfriend rattles off the details from the white piece of paper near the laptop. He was not Helpful whatsoever. The laptop we purchased we had to return since it was a piece of junk. It was slow beyond belief, it didn't turn on consistently. We purchased it before Xmas brought it with us to MO to show family Pictures and stream movies. We couldn't even get it to turn on.

Laptop surprised me it was very easy to set up and is very powerful and is nice and stylish

Love this new laptop. Simple to use but does everything I need it to do. Search the net to sending letters to senators and congressman about issues that I deem important.

It's nothing special it does what I needed to do. I mainly only use Microsoft on the computer for homework and a new online homework. I stream a lot of videos and Netflix

My daughter needed a laptop at short notice and this one was on clearance. Great Specs for the price and even got free ms office as the store had set it uo for display.

This is the second open box laptop I've purchased and I wasn't disappointed. The laptop was basically new with no noticable damages and works great for my home schooler!

The sales person at Best Buy talked us into getting an Asus, which I had never used before. I couldn't be happier, I definitely would choose this over an HP or Toshiba.

I own a small service company. This lap top does everything I need for work. My wife also uses a Asus lap top & loves it.

cant upgrade anything without taking it apart. on the plus side I actually think it runs better then the hp's I swore by for the last 10 years. I would buy this again

Very Slowest laptop,processor is not good.It's stuck whenever you try to do some work on it. I will not recommend this laptop to anyone. Just a show piece!

I was really liking this computer, but ultimely had to return because the WiFi was having issues. Because of my budget and needs, I decided to go with a Chromebook.

First bad sign was it kept dropping the internet. fter about an hour it died completely . I have had ASUS products before with no problems. I guess this was a just a bad one.

Purchased for Christmas fir my granddaughter ... so, she hadn't used it yet! But it got great reviews and the price vs value seemed great at the time of my purchase

This was purchased at the store open box section I feel so lucky B/C it is such a nice laptop, built well, user friendly and touch screen is amazing with Windows 10

This laptop has a really good picture quality for the pricng it is a bit slow but what can you expect for the low price this is great laptop for my younger daughter

With windows 10 was slow. Anyways im using linux and run good. Im using ubuntu 16.04 lts and for basic things is ok. I think is a laptop to study and surf the web.

Low price and great quality..... Needed a cheap computer that would do everything I needed for the basics for school.
