Laptop is fine except for wifi. Every day it has issues signing on to home network and has to constantly be restarted. No other device in house has these issues.

This is my second ASUS laptop. I have had my other one for approximately six years and it was a great computer. I am still using it now, as well as my new one.

i bought this for a friend of mind and i was pretty impressed on how fast it starts and how stable the laptop is plus i got it in sliver and it looks awesome

Bought this computer for my daughter for school work and to watch DVD's and she loves it. I can't complain it was well worth the money. I would buy it again.

Excellent basic laptop! For basic PC needs like browsing the internet and MS Office applications, it is hard to beat the value of this PC. Awesome purchase!

Lesson learned: Be willing to pay a little more for quality. I should have known, considering I paid less than $300 for this computer. I'm giving it two stars because I'm not sure if everything I hate is the computer or because I'm unfamiliar with Windows 10. It works, but it is glitchy, especially if I try to do anything involving photos or graphics. I'm not expecting this thing to last long. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $200 and it will be an investment.

Purchased this computer for my mother in law. She is totally in love with it. Very user friendly and the resolution so clear. Very happy with this purchase.

I am very happy with the product. It's taking me a while to get used to the different features, and windows 10.

I got this computer and was not very impressed with it. It was a bit slow to access the Internet but I think it would make a great first starter computer

Wow...this laptop was for my niece for high school. It's a sweet looking and fast laptop that will cover all of her needs. I'm impressed with the laptop.

Bought this computer just to simple things ( pay bills, save photos) nothing crazy, I knew I was buying a cheap laptop. But it struggles with the simplest task. It struggles to scroll, even on non internet pages and will often glitch for a few minutes.

Slow and can't detect wifi!all compiters can detect my wifi but not this one

This is my second one and never had no problem with the first one or this one. It does what I need I only surf and pay bills so it's great for my needs.

Was an excellent buy from Bestbuy. Works well for all of our needs during our travels. Very fast computing. Thinking about adding another for the wife.

I love it way better than my last one. This one has a CD slot how awesome is that! More Gigs, and a lot bigger. All for the same price as my last one.

Laptop responds well. Very light, good keyboard, display is not as bright as my old one, even when turned up all the way. Still is not a bad display.

I would recommend this unit to a friend yes. I would have to say they need to look at all the platform and make a good buying decision. Thanks
