This is a very poor product that has given me continual problems. When I switched over from my previous laptop, Verizon was not able to come up with an internet connection that would work with this model, though I live in the middle of Manhattan! I switched to Time Warner and that works most of the time but I still lose my connection at least once a day. And this plan is more expensive than what I had with Verizon so I blame the laptop for costing me money now every month! I took the computer in to Geek Squad and they sold me a different security system for fifty dollars---and this still did not solve the problem. Also, the built-in mouse on this laptop is a big problem. It is hyperactive, so my curser jumps around in the document as I'm trying to type, highlights text and deletes it when I'm not giving it any commands; this happens frequently and makes it very difficult to work on documents. I took it in to Geek Squad and said I was willing to try connecting it to an outside mouse instead, but they couldn't figure out a way to disable the problematic built-in mouse. Stay away from this product! It continues to cost me time and money and because it's been over fifteen days I'm told I can't return it, despite all the problems.

Not best comptuer in the world but it does what I need it to do. I would not use for gaming but basic surfing and email word no problems.

It runs slow, but we only use this for "around the house". I do wish it ran a little faster though.

Takes forever to load Web pages or even open programs spend an extra $$ and get something faster

With over 50 employees I buy lots of computers. Most of our work is internet related and this has been performing quite well for us.

I cannot say if this is a direct result of the laptop or Microsoft, in which I am leaning towards the latter, but as with all new PC's there are updates. In this instance Windows 10 Anniversary (1607). The laptop hung for nearly an hour in the 0% completion. I went directly to microsoft to download the update and it searched for previous updates required first. Went through the update and such and it failed the first time. Went again and went through. Then began deleting the extra 3 party software that came with the laptop. The laptop crashed on me at this point. I used the recovery option to reinstall Windows removing all newly installed apps/programs not original with pc as well as files. It went smooth, but then continued to crash afterwards. Also could not install Office ( I use a Volume License edition and so cannot use the preinstalled software with Windows). It would not install the software. I have always been a fan of ASUS, but apparently this bargain price option was more of a gamble. I only needed it for emails and online surfing, and Word and Excel. No power hungry apps here. Returned it and got an HP instead. Really was shopping for price and not so much features as needs were few.

Bought this to use for my church's children's check in kiosk and have had no problems. Fairly fast and reliable. No complaints.

This has got to be the worst computer i have ever heard of. It kicks you off the internet constantly and you have to restart the laptop just to have the internet come back on. The process goes on non stop. The associates from the store were absolutly rude and not helpful at all. I will never purchase another item here again after this experience

Never had a lap top before, this is great. We bought it to be able to take it with us when on vacation. This s going to workout fine.

This computer is sloooow, I only needed it for quick books and it barely serves that purpose.

bought this after the old one died. it is used daily and never had any problems with it. would recommend this laptop to anyone.

This included everything we needed for my teen. She can play videos, dvd's, and do all of her school responsibilities. I am please.

Only negative is the fact that it did not have bluetooth capabilities. Really not a deal breaker though. Would highly recommend it

Has been great for my daughter who is in college to be able to do her online class that had to be able to handle a special program.

I really don't like this computer it's to big and very slow I wish I could get my money back

I bought this laptop for my grandson in the Philippines as he is just in the grade school. This laptop is great for beginners.

This durable little laptop rocks the cazbar. Good sized keyboard and monitor. Got it for the teenager. Does everything he needs.

this laptop is amazing. so much easier than my old one. so many great features. fast and wonderful. a great buy for the money.

This is quite efficient with no surprises, and no disappointment. Staff were great, including Geek Squad! Highly recommended.

We purchased this laptop as a replacement for our desktop computer. It has way out performed our expectations.
