Best Buy service was absolutely horrible.

I then learned I couldn't pick it up that day and was asked to come in the next day. I came in, thinking I could just pick it up, and found out I had to wait for a Geek Squad member - I waited a half hour and finally left. I then called the next day, made an appt. with Geek Squad, and came back the following day (so now it's three days since I bought the computer before I could get it). When I got it home, it didn't work. I took it back - it had a horrible virus that had crashed the hard drive. They said they'd give me an exchange for the same kind of computer. That sounded good - but. When I came in again (the fifth time now) they had another computer that was some kind of higher-level open box, and they said it'd be $70 more. After five visits, awful service, and a whole lot of hassle, I left with no computer.

Unreliable wifi and very slow
