I buy this laptop and never can connect to the internet and changed 2 times and continue with the same problem... This laptop is very bad product...

Don't forget to buy the extra warranty, within the first two years power issue. Will not stay on without being plugged in. Now it sitting, froze on welcome screen!

The computer I've never had or heard of before so I thought I'd give it a try and there has been so many pop-ups that it's ridiculous as far as a laptop I would never buy another one of these

There is a problem with the operation of this computer, however it is not consistent enough to bring it in for trouble shooting, and the return policy at Best Buy prohibits the return even though I have had it just over a month. The glitch comes and goes and it does not matter what I am doing. I think there is a problem with the ram???? My wife also has an ASUS and we have no problems with her's. I may have been the unlucky buyer of an other wise decent computer or there may be an inherent design issue with it. I would not recommend buying.

This laptop is not for telecommuters, the processor is to slow and does not meet company system requirements. It is a nice laptop for an entry level laptop but slow when multitasking.

Sound cuts off and on all on its own. Slow transition to open a new page although no other programs are running other than chrome or IE.

Very unhappy with it, having trouble with usb and get cut off from the internet. Very cheap feeling should have known for the price, spend a little more and get a better laptop.

about one week after having it would not work. it would not take or hold a charge so I returned it to the store of purchase

Its a really cheap flimsy plastic case, it will NOT hold up to normal use of a laptop. system is slow, Windows 10 stinks

firstly...I am a MAC girl. I had to get a PC for the sole purpose of using 1 program for my job and I had windows on boot camp on my mac, which I did not like having to reboot my computer to access windows. so I set out to get a cheap PC just for my job. I went to best buy b/c I usually get great advice, but not so this visit. I was given very little help with this purchase, it was basically a guess. I chose wrong!!! The track pad is horrible. I had so many issues, I took it back.

Could not get the computer to connect to any wifi or my home router. I was told it was a common problem with these.

This computer was purchased to meet class requirements. Nothing but problems with it, crashes, gets stuck. Had to uninstall and reinstall the Windows 10. It wouldn't take Microsoft office without complications. Just a piece of garbage . Have to keep stopping "Asus mouse" and other random programs. Stay away, stay away. Throw your money in a blender, it will be more rewarding.

I was not pleased with my purchase of the Asus X540SA. Because it came with a virus in it. And it was for this reason I returned the Asus X540SA.

I purchased it as my wife's Christmas gift. However she complainted it would shut down by itself and took forever to updated.

I wish I could write a review on the computer but I can't because Best Buy didn't include a charger! Even though they explicitly stated under Open box it comes with ALL accessories. Then I call and my options are to get 10% off n get my own charger or a return. I'm not impressed with the fact that it states something else on their site which customers use to make decisions and then provide something else. The inconvenience!!!!!

Supposed to be open box "Certified". Came without power supply/charger. Spent an hour inline at store to request a power supply. When I got home I plugged it in and turned it on. Schreen cam up with checkdisk running after that it never got through the BIOS before it rebooted. Turned it off many times and tried again. let it run all night. Another trip to the store and the customer service line. So much for Certified.

I returned it and purchased a Dell because this PC was too slow to even deal with emails.

windows stoped working in 2end week , contacted to asus the just send me a file and case # problame not solved

Terrible, cheaply made computer. Was not suitable for anyone, even a child.

slow;does not respond often.i would like to return it.purchased last month.
