This computer is hard to navigate and doesn't do what I ask of it. Already had to reboot a few times. Refuses to let me have Google as my home page. The store representative told me how great this one was and I allowed him to talk me into it. Won't happen again.

Purchased this cheap computer for my husband. Within a week it stopped working completely. We had to go back to Best Buy and get a replacement. Within 3 days the replacement computer stopped working! A complete piece of trash!!! Horrible.

I exchanged this laptop after less than one day. I knew it wasn't top of the line when I bought it, but it was extremely low quality material and right out of the box, it had ASUS software problems that could not be resolved.

This product has not worked properly since the day I got it. I shipped it back to the manufacturer for repair and it still has not worked properly. Will never buy this brand again!!!

This was to be used as a typewriter. Sentences were disrupted with sections appearing on different lines. I never connected it to Internet and threw it in the dumpster.

I disliked this laptop so badly that I returned it in 24 hours. It certainly functions fine, but everything about it is very cheaply made. This is a great option for someone looking for something essentially disposable.

I had problems from the moment I got this out of the box. I thought the issues were Windows 10 related but it appears to be an issue with the mother board. I had to return it to the store and replaced it with a Dell.

I bought this laptop on sale, but returned within a week. It kept losing the Wifi connection and I would have to restart. In my opinion, it was not reliable. If this problem could be fixed I would keep it.

This laptop has good speed (I don't use it for gaming), memory and storage. The shortfalls for me have been (1) the "i" key not always registering a keystroke, (2) the built-in Qualcomm Atheros ar9485 wifi adapter apparently only operates at 2.4 GHz, and (3) it does not include built-in bluetooth, so a usb adapter is required for that capability. My wifi router is configured to use 5GHz for 802.11n and 2.4GHz for 802.11g and this laptop only sees the g network. Every other device I use sees both networks. The Insignia 4.0 bluetooth usb adapter NS-PCY5BMA/NS-PCY5BMA-C I use has frequently locked up. Today I updated the laptop's BIOS and am hopeful that issue is resolved. I have had this laptop for about 2 weeks now and hope that those are the only problems!

Worst computer I have ever owned. Mouse does not work consistently. Every time I open up the computer I have no idea how the computer will act. I WILL NEVER OWN AN ASUS COMPUTER AGAIN. GUARANTEED!!!!!

Got recomended this computer in the store by an associate. Brought it home and it would not connect to any wi-fi source. Not best buys fault but not a good first impression for the ASUS brand.

DON'T BUY IT! didn't even last 2 months! If i could do less then 1 star I would.

I purchased this item less than 4 years ago and it has LITERALLY fallen apart. It is currently being held together by duct tape!

Very disappointed with product. Read several reviews and believe it was good product. After one week it will not turn on. Would never purchase another one. Waste of money

I bought this laptop as an open box & after 20 days i see thin lines on the screen. Very disappointed with the product.

Zero stars! Total piece of junk. Would never buy this brand again. I have purchased entry level HPs that were good. I wasted my money...don't do the same.

I bought this to replace a Dell that was 6 years old and on its last leg. The old Dell works better than this piece of junk. Don't waste your money.

I have been locked out of my computer and can't get it started up. I bought the extra plan.... if I take it to the store- can I get someone to help me?

Maybe we got a bad one, but this was a piece of junk. Thank goodness Best Buy took it back and we bought a different brand. The new one if wonderful.

Purchased this laptop and downloaded the free 6 months Antivirus, however 45 days later the computer gets a virus and makes the computer useless.
