The setup was simple and the processor is really fast. Very good product for the price.

Bought this yesterday after it was referred by a member at best buy.. and it's GARBAGE.. I just wanted something simple to do one or two things on (I don't download or stream or play games or anything) and I primarily use ONE program (for my cricut vinyl machine) and it froze up on me 2 times last night in an hour after starting it and ctrl+alt+delete wouldn't even work.. I had to hold power button to get it to shut completely off.. This is going back today!!!!

not even one week after buying this product, which the salesperson recommended, it froze and was working real slow. I took it back they gave a new one and it is working slow and freezing again I will be returning it and asking for my money back I am disappointed with the product and the best buy employee who recommended "such a great computer" this computer is not worth the money or time. i hope best buy makes it right.

I bought this to replace my old laptop and have been extremely pleased with the purchase. Good speed, more storage than I will probably ever use, had zero issues so far

I walked through the steps to set up the laptop and it was a little confusing dealing with several different passwords, but other then that it has been working nicely.

Amazing laptop with fast speeds and a lot of storage. Fairly large, but not a problem.

I was unaware of the Asus brand before this but am very pleased with my purchase. All the tools I need are preloaded, and the laptop is perfect for my home office.

This laptop is on sale for $217 but because of the mechanical hard drive there will be a lot of return. Unless you know how to replace that Hard drive with an ssd this thing is gonna be SLOWWWWWW. Its not the processor its the Hard drive. Replace this drive with an ssd than its worth the $217 dollars but not a dollar more. This has 4 gb that cannot be removed. So it means you are stuck with 4 gb.

I have had this laptop for 6 months... it started getting slower and slower... I only had 600 photos on it and a saved resume. Didn't illegally download anything. Now it will not get passed the boot screen. Took it to Geek Squad... they wanted 150 dollars just to figure out the problem... you see how much the computer is... I did not find value in that. Or this computer.

After only 4 months of use, the laptop went into a repair loop and would not boot up. After taking into Best Buy, they diagnosed a bad hard drive. After replacing the hard drive, they were unable to re-load the operating system and I had to call Asus to get recovery media shipped. Asus charged me $45 for this, even though it was a warranty repair. It took over an hour on the phone with Asus to even get to the point where I could get the media shipped. Very disappointed in both the product and the service received from Asus - will not purchase from them again.

I absolutely love my product! I am on the Internet a lot for shopping and school and it has satisfied all my needs! I haven't found a flaw yet!

Laptop looked very nice. However, it does my the plastic feel to it. You get what you pay for. Would recommend as a backup laptop.

Very nice Compact. It does everything it says. Take awhile to get use to mouse pad. DVD USB Ports Hdmi port mci headphones jacks.

This computer is really slow, but that's to be expected for the price. However, I had this computer for less than 2 months when the motherboard went out. I understand that defects happen; however, I had to pay $35 to ship it for repair. It's ridiculous that Asus doesn't provide better support for their own defects.

Most everything else doesn't matter if it can't stay connected to your wifi. Out of the box, it would drop connection repeatedly. All of my other computers and phones never had this issue and still don't on the Linksys router I have. Have to restart the computer to be able to connect to router again. Very annoying.

I purchased this laptop based on some reviews and Best Buy's claim that it's good for multi-tasking. I can go get a cup of coffee before it finishes a line of type! Now I find out Windows 10 uses all the memory just to run itself, and this memory isn't upgradable without tearing the case apart. FAIL.

Would give zero stars if I could. This laptop is extremely slow, I've barely used it and have not added a single item or file to it and it's frozen for some unknown reason. I hate this computer and wish I never wasted my money and now I cannot return it. Will never buy from here again.

I purchased for side job because I needed Windows and did not want to install on my Mac. It took forever to process simple stuff (One-page word documents) that was not internet related. Left-clicking only worked half the time.
