It is a bit sluggish when booting up. Charging is very slow considering its 65 Watts charger and the fan is noisy when charging it. Number trackpad missing. Misleading advertisement as images used were for variant versions, some of which do not have the number pad. A gray version would have been excellent. Perhaps some reviewers were given the high end variant versions. There is too much confusion which version contains which feature. The lid doesn't open with with one hand as some reviewers convinced us. I am not impressed by the quality of the webcam. A QHD would have been better. A fingerprint sensor would have been excellent as well. Not much aesthetic effort went into the design.

Build quality is good. Intel core ultra processor is brand new but after a few updates it will be even better. Device seems to be stable so far. The integrated intel arc GPU seems to do a good job for light gaming.

So far loving this little beast. Its not a gaming machine. But runs all my work programs flawless. And the battery last me almost a full 8 hrs on a single charge. The Oled display makes a big difference compared to my Rog gaming display i use on my gaming pc.

Fantastic notebook. Upgraded from a 2021 Samsung pro 360. The new Intel processor is a welcomed addition to my tasks. This even allows me to do some light gaming with no issues at all. Asus knocked this out of the park! Definitely homerun!!

It was dead out of the box. Blue screened about 60 seconds after turning it on every time. It's absolutely beautiful, so I wished it worked. I'll probably re order and re review when the silver is available, the blue gets covered in finger prints as well. Hoping the silver models will be ones that are after the factory works out the kinks.

The product has good specs and battery life, but is very buggy with windows 11 due to being a new chip/drivers, so I wouldn’t recommend buying it now since it’s a very new chip in an old zenbook chasis from last year.

    Lightweight good all around laptop

Due to a faulty BIOS chip in my 2021 Dell XPS 15 (which Dell refuses to support—shame on their customer service), I had to replace my laptop, which I use for 85% of in my work of research and 15% for photo editing in Lightroom and gaming. After much hesitation, reading reviews, and comparing options, I settled on the ASUS Zenbook 14 OLED, and so far, it’s been an excellent choice. The Intel Core Ultra 7 processor is fast, handling heavy scripts for my work effortlessly, and photo editing is smooth and efficient with the superbly calibrated display. I can even play recent games like Diablo 4—yay! It’s well-equipped with a variety of ports (two USB-C, one USB-A, and an HDMI port), making it an ideal companion for working in different locations without worrying about connectivity. The battery life is decent, and its lightweight design makes it easy to carry in a backpack, whether walking or cycling. Another noteworthy advantage: if your phone charger supports PD 65W charging, you can use the same block to charge the laptop, which is a game changer for me. The only slight downside I've noticed is that due to its metal frame, the laptop can get a bit warm at heavy load, and the small fan can be slightly noisy, but nothing that’s a dealbreaker for me.

Great Premium Thin and Light Laptop

I've been very happy with this laptop. It excels in general use applications, has good battery life, and a spectacular screen. I keep it in "Whisper" mode and it still feels very fast for general and productivity tasks and the fans stay off 99% of the time making it silent. It also stays very cool, only heating up if I put in "Performance" mode and turn on a game (even then it never got very hot like most other laptops would). The cover looks great, but is a finger print magnet. The IR facial recognition login is very fast and seems to work in any lighting. Screen hinge feels nice and solid. Overall very premium build The backplate was super tight and very hard to pry off, but eventually I got it off and upgraded to a 4TB NvME SSD with no issues (just be careful of you're going to open it up). Entire system is very stable, no crashes or issues at all over the 3 weeks I've had it. It's not a gaming laptop by any means, but it can handle some light gaming. Playing things like Portal 2 looks and feels nice. Even with Baldur's Gate 3, I can get 30 fps at Full HD and low settings which is enough to be enjoyable for a game like that.

An Immersive Experience! From the moment I opened the box of the ASUS Zenbook 14 OLED, its sleek Ponder Blue design captivated me. But the real magic began when I powered on the 3K OLED display and experienced the next-level visual quality. Every image, every video came to life with vibrant colors and deep blacks, completely immersing me in my favorite content. The performance is exceptional as well. With the powerful Intel Core Ultra 7 processor and Arc graphics card, there’s no task too demanding for this laptop. From video editing to gaming, everything runs smoothly, backed by an impressive 32GB of memory and a 1TB SSD that provides fast and ample storage. The touchscreen is another highlight. The ability to interact directly with my work and applications adds a new dimension to my productivity, making every task smoother and more efficient. Of course, it’s not all perfect. The battery life could be a bit better, especially when I’m working on intensive tasks, but with Intel Evo Edition technology, power management is smart enough to keep me going for most of the day. In summary, the ASUS Zenbook 14 OLED is a true gem for anyone looking for exceptional performance combined with an unparalleled visual experience. From its sleek design to its internal power, this laptop elevates my computing experience to new heights. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for the best in portable technology!

Cons: - Charger is not well designed for traveling. Neither the base of the cable nor the plug folds. I think the cable will eventually break where it attaches to the transformer. - The fan is extremely loud no matter what power profile you set it to in Windows or in the Asus application. It is loud mainly when plugged in. It becomes silent when unplugged. I'm asuming that the processor throttles down when unplugged. - Screen glare is bad. - Fingerprint magnet is an understatement. - No Thunderbolt4/USB4 port on the left or in the corner like on the HP Spectre x360. The cable coming out of the right-hand ports will always interfere with each other. - OLED display is mediocre. - Touchpad is not as sensitive as it should be. - Stereo speakers pointing down, so it sounds muddy. Having 4 speakers would have been much better. - Would rather have a microSD port instead of the HDMI port. The HDMI port is redundant with the Thunderbolt4 port, because you can achieve the same result when using external displays through Thunderbolt4. - System got bogged down during heavy (multple browser tabs) web browsing. CPU, GPU, RAM, SSD all seemed fine, but something else bogged this machine down. - Keyboard backlight wishy-washy. Sometimes you have to manually turn it on. - Keys on keyboard felt cheap. - Had to do a hard restart a few times. Pros: - Light weight. - 32 Gb RAM, although it felt like 16 Gb at times. - 2x USB4/Thunderbolt4 ports, 1x USB-A port. - Good resolution camera. - Battery life saving feature. - Arc GPU was good.

I recently replaced a 6 year old ASUS Zenbook 14 with this one and I absolutely love it! - OLED screen is beautiful. My wife was amazed alone at just how great the screen saver looked! - Perfect size - not too big you can easily take it anywhere, but big enough to be able to see things on the screen easily - Performance: so far super impressed by the new Intel Core Ultra 7 and Arc Graphics. Definitely glad I waited for this chip to come out! I primarily use this laptop for work - with many browser tabs and applications open at a time and it works flawlessly for that. I was pleasantly surprised though at how well it has worked for some high demanding games (City Skylines 2). It is certainly not a dedicated gaming computer, but is holding up a lot better than I thought it would. If you are looking for a Microsoft Windows alternative to a Macbook - this is it!

I bought this 2023 model ASUS Zenbook 14 OLED 14" 3K Touch Laptop in May 2024, for its super value package - Intel Core Ultra 7, 32 GB DDR5 Memory, 1TB SSD, 14" 3K Touch Screen, 15-Hr Battery Life, and 2.82 lbs ultra-light weight, and for a price of $1300. It's a $500 instant savings for a superb configuration (with only the low-end config in Graphics, Intel Arc). I've used it for both business and personal matters, but not for games. After almost a month of use, I have no complaint so far. One big difference from this Zenbook, comparing with my previous HP laptop, is that it goes to hibernation and shut down power once it's idle for the set period of time. Shutdown, that's how it saves energy and last for 15 hours in a recharge.

I was unsure about this being a new product with a new generation of chips. But I tried playing Genshin and it was surprisingly playable at full res with the integrated graphics which was a big surprise. I don't usually game and use this laptop for programming and web browsing most of the day and it can last a solid 6+ hours with heavy use which I'm very happy with. With the excellent screen and light weight I'm very happy with this and would recommend. Only wish it had a haptic trackpad like the HP Spectre 14 this year.

Personally, one of the best laptops I have ever purchased for myself. I replaced a 6-year-old 15.6-inch HP Pavillion/AMD Ryzen 5. Despite some of the early reviews, I knew that ASUS would get the bugs worked out and I'm very impressed with the design, excellent OLED screen display, the Intel Core Ultra 7. The size, weight and battery life were the main reasons why I wanted to upgrade. I can now actually sit down with this laptop after work and have it last until bedtime. With a 1TB SSD and 32GB of RAM, this ASUS Zenbook meets all of my expectations.

This laptop is perfect for coding and doing light tasks. The screen is one of the best OLED 120hz screens I have ever seen with 500 nits and super color accurate. The keyboard is great as well. The trackpad is okay though the track click feedback is very strong, and I still haven't gotten used to it yet after 2 weeks of using it. The battery life is amazing as well lasting me up to more than 7 hours on light use for school.
