Where do I start? 512 hard drive, 16gb ram, i7, and graphics card to boot. Fast and amazing. Touchscreen awesome. Price! Got it on sale.

This is my third Zenbook, purchased for a college student, and a perfect companion. The flip and touch screen make it really flexible for any type of entertainment yet powerful enough to run most any technical college software. The ASUS brand has been excellent as we use it exclusively for our computers and routers. This is a well featured unit what is the perfect addition to any dorm room.

Wanted something that was good for students, it's good battery life ,screen is nice , and nice large touchpad. Light made if metal and make it feel very premium. It is i7, however it's a comet lake cpu but still very good with them being so fined tuned now. The specs you get for this price and build quality are superb, Asus delivers once again for those on a budget. I must say the only thing I don't like is the lack of thunderbolt 3 port, not a deal breaker but it would of been great, probably how they keep down the price. It does come with a pen in the box.

First off, I want to say that this laptop has been fantastic. When I ordered it I was not sure what to expect. As other reviewers have mentioned, this is a Best Buy only model so, there aren't many reviews to go off of. I will cover battery life, performance, screen quality, and keyboard and track pad. I will also discuss some of the laptops I crossed shopped with this one. It should also be known that my previous laptop was a Dell XPS 13 2015 model. Build Quality: The laptop's build is excellent with a black aluminum body. The laptop feel very sturdy and of great quality; the design is also very sleek and attractive. Battery Life: I am a college student so I am on my laptop a ton. I currently have about 40 tabs and a few other applications open (doing research for finals). With this type of usage I am getting about 10 to 12hrs of use; I have yet to experience the laptop dying before the end of the day. Performance: Performance has been excellent, the face unlock is super quick. I have experienced no lag during my usage. The 10th gen processor paired with the 16gb of ram and the MX250 gpu has had no issue with what I have thrown at it. Screen: The screen quality is excellent, it is a 1080p panel but I have no complaints. The screen gets pretty bright for my liking and should be bright enough in most outdoor scenarios. Keyboard & trackpad: The keyboard is pretty good with this laptop, there was some adjustment for me because, I moved from a Dell XPS 13 to this laptop which is a decent amount bigger (although it still fits in my 13in laptop sleeve). Trackpad is excellent and the number pad feature is responsive although I haven't had to use it often. Laptops I crossed Shopped between were the HP Envy 13T, HP Spectre X360, Lenovo X1 Carbon, and the Dell XPS 13 2-in-1. I ultimately decided on this laptop because it was substantially cheaper than many of the mentioned laptops and it came with the newest processor, dedicated graphics, 16gb of ram, and 512gb of storage. I put similar specs on some of the mentioned laptops and the price was close to $1500! I got this one on sell for just over $800. I recommend this laptop and go for a geek squad certified open box to save a few bucks. I did, and got a practically brand new laptop. The only con is that shipping could take a little longer.

I travel for work often and have specific needs for my laptop. I wanted something that was powerful, yet light weight and easily fit into my backpack. I use this laptop to run presentations and videos at shows. So I also wanted a dedicated hdmi port so that I wouldn’t have to rely on adapters. The presenters on my show always need last minute video editing, so I wanted a dedicated graphics card that could handle editing with Adobe Premiere (hard to find in a 14’ laptop). I previously had only used Dells for work, but lately they’ve been letting me down. I went to BBY and explained my needs. The sales rep took me right to this Asus. I’ve never owned an Asus so I’m not familiar with the brand. I had a show coming up in a few days and it was the only small sized laptop that had all the specs I needed. So I took a chance. This machine did not let me down. It performed flawlessly. I’m very impressed with this laptop. The only compliant I have is I’m not a fan of the MyAsus app for computer updates. You have to physically download each update and install it manually. If you aren’t technically savvy then that could be a problem. I also would love to have a standard sized SD card reader instead of a micro SD reader, but I may be asking too much :)

I don't really know a lot about laptops but the guy at bestbuy helped me determine that this is a really good one. The battery life is more than enough, it has some good weight, everything loads fast, and it just has a good overall feeling in general.

Great! This is amazing laptop... Bravo! This Asus laptop, it's amazing. It is very fast, it has 16 GB of ram and it is what I use to edit YouTube videos. I highly recommend this type of laptop to everyone, plus ASUS is the pioneer brand in laptop technology right now. look no further Asus is # 1

Overall the product is good but a few verified purchases say that there is a pen in the box but I didn't find any pen. Also the response numberpad function on trackpad is too sensitive, suddenly turns on for no reason and doesn't turn off properly. Other than these the display is really good, 4k videos were crisp. and the simple games are running fine too.

The product description is quite accurate and such features for this price is a sweet bargain. The laptop also comes included with a stylus which comes in pretty handy if you like to use the laptop as a tablet and also helps in signing documents electronically. The number touch pad could be quite useful for someone working a lot with numbers. The battery lasts for about 10 hrs on a single charge for normal use and can also get you around 6-8 hrs of watching videos.

This ASUS is the best of this category. Touch screen, SSD, lots of memory, Flips from notebook to tablet mode. Great look and feel. Also numerical keyboard can be brought up on the touchpad. The best notebook I have ever had.

Very nice laptop, well built. It was pretty fast and more than enough speed for day to day task. Hinge was a bit stiff and can be difficult to open. But overall great product.

Actually this 14" laptop is not an ASUS - Zenbook. It is an ASUS - Q427FL Flip 14" Touch Screen laptop with Intel i7 core, 16 GB Memory and a graphic card. This laptop is light and thin and fast. I like it.

Had an Asus laptop for 10 years and bought this one to replace it. It’s so much faster than my old one. I do miss the number keypad off to the right of the keyboard but it is built in to the mouse pad if you need it.

Asus 14' laptop is small, powerful and very responsive. Keypad on the touchpad is very helpful. Only downfall is that there is no documentation included with the machine nor any info (user manual) online.

Love this laptop. It's fast, lightweight and great graphics for a laptop. Used mainly as a power user laptop, but in a lunch could be a gaming PC for those bored days stuck at home due to Covid.

So far, this is a great laptop. I am not fond of laptops because of the keyboards are normally extremely sensitive. Not, with this machine, the keyboard is awesome. The touch pad is large and I have to get used to the number pad option on the touch pad. The added feature is that it is a 2 and 1 device. I originally was in the market for a surface pro or samsung book. Glad I was patient, because I saved a lot of money and I have the ports that I wanted on a device.

This is just the perfect laptop for me; it is as light as a feather; I can take it anywhere with me. I love the touch screen. It does everything I need a computer to do.

Where do I begin? This little thing is really powerful. I was told that if I wanted a powerful laptop, I would need a big and bulky one designed for gaming. But lo and behold! The asus is slim and still does an amazing job running the programs I need. The trackpad calculator was what I was the least-interested in, but it does look really cool when active, though a bit annoying when it comes on accidentally.

Nice size and weight coming from a 15" laptop. The new light up touch number pad is just OK. I expected better, and this is why I purchased this laptop. I wanted a smaller laptop, but of course you sacrifice your number pad. I use this for work and constantly need to access these numbers, and it was not responsive enough to the touch, and within a week ordered a number pad. I though I could get use to the touch numbers, and this would never work especially for accounting. Also, not so easy to open the lid! It's like there's nothing to grab on to. Overall I'm happy with my device.

I had to buy this as an emergency machine when my main laptop died. I'm a developer, so needed to be back online ASAP. I was actually surprised, this computer grew on me. I didn't plan on making it my main laptop, but I haven't put it down. I did have to reinstall Windows and the Asus driver are a PIA. That is my ease of use gripe, was a little expensive IMO.
