Overall good laptop, it is unique and powerful but does get warm fast.

I've had the laptop for a couple of weeks now. It's taken some getting used to, as I have had a Surface Laptop for the past 2 years. I was able to get this laptop on sale for $899. If I had purchased the Surface laptop 3 with same configuration it would have been $1599. This computer does everything I need it to do- it has a nice, bright screen, and it's pretty fast. I haven't had any experience with ASUS products but I'm hopeful it will be durable.

Performance is unmatchable, sound, resolution all are top-notch. ASUS is great at low price.

This was a Christmas gift and replaces my 2016 Lenovo Yoga 900, a computer I have loved for three and a half years. 10th Gen i10 processor, 512 SSD, and Windows Hello lead the list of amazing features. It's a bit heavier than the Lenovo and missing the "wow factor" of the beautiful watchband hinge, but so far, I'm loving the ASUS Q427 (Flip 14). Can't wait to try the numpad, pen, and especially GPU!

My first laptop was an Asus, purchased over 10 years ago. Since Windows 7 was unsupported, this January 2020, I had to upgrade, and yes to Asus Zen Book. There was no learning curve, and I made a great choice.

The computer is just as expected: bendable, fast, decent, and includes stylus. The number pad on the trackpad is hella cool. For people who game, the graphics card is a plus but the computer heats up too easily. But overall this laptop has amazing features and is great for college use.

FAST AND RELIABLE. MAKES MY WORKLOAD 100 PERCENT MORE EFFICIENT

Laptop is excellent but the pen that came with it doesn’t work. It has no tip and will not sync with Bluetooth. We took it back to BestBuy store and they were not at all helpful . Said to call Asus. And wouldn’t supply a new pen or give us any instructions on how to work it or make it work.

This laptop is my first in years. I've been surviving on a Kindle. I needed something to run 3D graphics so I can draw floor plans for my clients and generate a better visual. I'm still adjusting and will have to learn all over again. I look forward to seeing the first drawings! ps: I got a fantastic open-box deal!

The computer itself is a bit smaller than I'm used to, but that aside, it's everything I could have hoped for. I'm able to run a number of heavy programs (in terms of CPU) without issue and the graphics are top notch. Windows 10 is...Windows 10. For those opposed to the OS, I'd suggest installing a Linux instance. Definitely worth it.

I tried out several laptops from BB dell, hp, samsung, microsoft. I settled on this Asus. It offers the latest in processor and video card. It packs the most features for the money out of all the rest. Pen works great and is also paired with my old surface pen. (best stylus/pen) You can not go wrong buying this 2 in 1!
