Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Customer service is really bad, I've been trying to reach ASUS about my Laptop camera displaying abnormal display but I ASUS haven't replied to any of my emails and online chat is useless as well. I bought this in December 2019 after comparing specs with other similar laptops but I expected higher customer service standard and software/hardware quality. Don't waste your $1200 on this laptop.

It crashed before it was in use 60 days!

I need reliability. I thought Best Buy would exchange it out right since it crashed in less than 60 days. Its been In the Geek squad shop several weeks. Very disappointing.

Worst computer we ever purchased

Best Buy replaced it with a new one. This one has been in use about a month and is experiencing problems. I would it no stars if I could.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This computer is amazing [if you get one that works] The first one from Denver, CO had a stuck keyboard on half of one side. I went to get a replacement at Best Buy. I asked them to turn it on it front of me. The replacement wouldn't power on! So far so good with the third replacement. You cannot beat the price, and it runs like a dream. I am a little scared it will stop working based on the first two I tired.
