Alright, let’s talk about the ASUS Zenbook S16. This thing? Total eye candy. Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever lugged around a laptop that felt this feather-light and still looked like it belongs on a magazine cover. That 16-inch 3K OLED display? *Chef’s kiss.* I mean, colors just pop off the screen—blacks so deep you’d think you dropped your desktop into a black hole. Whether I’m slogging through spreadsheets, bingeing Netflix, or messing with Photoshop because I pretend to be artsy, this screen just delivers. Under the hood, it’s packing an AMD Ryzen AI 9 365 and a whopping 24GB of RAM. Translation: this beast doesn’t choke, ever. It boots up in seconds, flips through a million Chrome tabs (yeah, I’m that person), and chews through heavy-duty creative apps without breaking a sweat. Plus, a 1TB SSD? That’s more space than I know what to do with, and files open so fast it’s almost suspicious. The build? Honestly, ASUS nailed it. It feels super solid—like, premium, but not the kind of premium where you’re scared to scratch it. And for how thin and light it is, I keep forgetting it’s actually a 16-inch laptop. Battery life’s legit too. I get through a whole day bouncing between work and classes, and I still don’t have to panic-search for an outlet. Bottom line: this thing is a killer combo of style, speed, and portability. Seriously, it’s the kind of laptop that makes you want to get stuff done just so you can show it off. If you need power but refuse to haul around a brick, the Zenbook S16 is basically a no-brainer.

It’s a hit or miss… the first one i got kept crashing when connected to an external monitor which got really annoying. The second one i got is fine so far. Other than that it’s a great laptop. The screen is amazing and it seems to be very fast. Best feature is definitely how thin it is. Very portable for 16 inch so if that’s what u want it’s perfect. Battery life with mild use is about 12 hrs. It can get hot especially if ur using it while charging. Also really nice build quality and looks amazing.

Crazy good build quality and drop dead gorgeous touchscreen in 3K Resolution OLED. Not ready to get rid of X86 just yet and this laptop is decently power efficient and has a huge battery. Charging every other day for now. Laptop is extremely thin but still manages to include all of the important ports and charges via USB-C. Large trackpad is extremely responsive and a pleasure to use. 24 GB of RAM should be good for a while for this use case and the 1TB SSD is fast enough and plenty of storage. Very happy with the laptop, just wish it was maybe slightly more affordable. Barely runs hot when in balanced mode and performance is not impacted one bit.

The Asus zenbook is a amazing purchase for my investment! And it’s worth purchasing if you ordered online or in store when it’s on sale/discounted. You get a 16 inch Oled display which is gorgeous, plus a smart camera that features windows hello and have the laptop sign out when you walk away. The keyboard have good travel and it’s nice and quiet and it’s backlit, which is nice. 2 USB-C ports are great, but I want to have one of each side for easy charging and connectivity. A HDMI 2.1 port, headphone jack and SD card reader are handy for content creators or multitasking. There’s one USB-A port, which is quite disappointing if you need another for a flash drive, etc. The chip , which is AMD Ai 365 is blazing fast, not as fast as the HX370, but gets the job done. 10 core cpu and integrated Radeon graphics are amazing for all kinds of work. Thermals are good, but if you’re in full load, you will encounter some heat. Overall, it’s a worth purchase if the price goes down. And I highly recommend to this device to anyone and Black Friday is around the corner, so get one when it’s starting to go on sale! PS, copilot plus features will be coming to this laptop so stay tuned for my updated review.

I've always kept a foot in both the PC and the Mac world, and my experience has been that with a Mac, you pay more but get more, a sleeker experience. But this Asus really took me by surprise with its excellence - its speed, elegant design, and superb visual display. And the Best Buy price made it a great value. (I haven't rated the battery life since I have no experience with it yet.)

The design and display are stunning, and the processing power is impressive. However, Windows 11 feels too buggy for my liking. As it’s marketed as a productivity laptop, most of the time spent on it is on battery, making it disappointing to see a noticeable dip in performance and display quality every time I unplug it.

The Zenbook S16 was our first PC laptop purchase from years of Mac products, and we couldn’t be happier. When it goes on sale for around $1,100, it is an even better buy. The Ryzen AI chip is zippy and quick. Upgrading Asus BIOS update really made a positive difference on speed as well. The aluminum chasis design is sleek and gorgeous, and most likely plays a key role in dissipating the crazy amount of heat it can put out. The ceraluminum coating cleans very well and doesn’t leave any fingerprints. The OLED screen is vibrant, but like all touchscreens, can show reflection in sunny days. If you are a casual gamer, it does well on low graphics settings, but seems to struggle with games that use Unreal Engine like Oblivion Remastered. Overall, this was such a worthwhile investment for our household. In fact, my parents purchased the same laptop after trying it. I would highly recommend this laptop!

I was looking for month for a laptop that I could afford while being fast, powerful and beautiful for my graphic design projects, this one has all of that, been using it for a month and it’s been great!

Beautiful laptop really thin great performance temps never going over 75

At first it was a really problematic laptop due to driver issues. But through several updates it has become more refined. The only existing issue is a constant buzzing noise coming constantly from the fan.

My search was for a laptop powerful enough to be my primary business and personal computer. Aside from MS Office, will use for content creation, light graphics and overall productivity. Will try a little gaming which it looks perfectly capable of. The screen is gorgeous.

To preface, the laptop looks great. Its very lightweight, and has solid battery life. I can easily get around 6-12 hours in a school day light browsing and working with virtual machines. It's a large margin depending on my workload for the day, but to offset that it impressively only requires a 65w charger which most decent power banks will handle allowing for a portable, powerful laptop with a decent enough iGPU for light gaming in a pinch. Now for the bad, the laptop only supports a 1TB NVMe. ASUS support will tell you otherwise and say a 2TB will work, but I personally have tried a 990 Pro 4TB NVMe, a 990 Pro 2TB, a 980 2TB Crucial, and a 980 Pro 1TB. The only one that would work is the 980 Pro 1TB. It would outright fail for larger storage using ASUS Cloud Recovery and cloning the partitions or performing a fresh install of Windows 11 and manually importing the drivers from the original drive's System32/driverstore folder would inevitably have the laptop randomly bluescreening no matter the software used so the device does not support expandable storage whatsoever aside from an SD card. In addition, the paint is very fragile. Just sliding it in and out of my Nomatic backpack's laptop compartment, the felt has stained the sides of the laptop shown in the photos. I was able to remove some of it, but it is still very noticeable. Honestly, it's a shame because I feel like these are huge flaws when you're looking at laptops in this price range there are so many options available to you. The laptop has 24GB RAM, so it's clearly meant to be a light workstation laptop, but it caps you at 1TB storage. I have no clue what ASUS is thinking, they definitely need a BIOS update or revise the model if it's a hardware limitation. Poor design philosophy if its intentional.

I like the ASUS ZenBook’s specification I bought from Best Buy. Though there were issues with the first one I got from the store at North Haven, but it was outrightly changed to a new one, of the same specifications as the one I returned. Also, as a member, I got the difference in price even after I’ve already bought the computer before there was a promo that started after and on the product. I love the services at Best Buy and I love the computer product I got from the store. I’m using the product as I write this review.

The best laptop I've ever owned although that's not saying much

Simply the most well rounded computer for daily surfing and video editing.

Excellent option very fast and portable, battery is great last for all my tasks and also touchscreen we love it.
