Perfect phone for the value. Does what it is supposed to do and I enjoy switching back to flip style once in awhile.

Affordable phone for school kids. This is good for getting your kids connected so you can talk to them wherever they are and whenever.

I bought this for my grandma this the only phone she can comprehend. She’s not technical and the smart phone is too much for her. Good thing Best Buy is still sale these flip phone.

Needed a flip phone to replace a lost one for my wife's sister. Not many to choose from now day but this one worked fine.

I didn't like this phone. I just wanted a simple phone to make calls. This phone had an operating system and you had to connect to the internet to do software updates. It is hard to enter passwords and other text using the number pad. I took it back and upgraded to smart phone. It is easier to use.

My son got this phone for emergencies and complained about it not being a smartphone. Works for calls though.

My folks don't need the bells and whistles of a smart phone. If you're just needing something that has reliable reception and generic then this is great.

My husband liked his previous phone better as this one is too hard to get where he can make a call. Just too many options on the phone it appears. He wanted a real simple flip phone, not one that was difficult to use.

Had a hard time in the beginning trying to work with this phone. But now everything is working out well
