I needed to replace my elderly moms flip phone. Unfortunately AT & T does not make an affordable flip phone for the elderly. This phone freezes up frequently. The only way to fix this is to pull the battery which is easy for elderly fingers. Would not recommend this phone.

I bought this phone to see if she would lose it to upgrade to an iPhone.

I purchased this phone for my Mom but it has not been very good so far. The keys on this particular item are defective, they do not function well, She cannot dial a phone number because the numbers come out incorrect. I am definitely returning this item, hopefully the store will give me a new one. I guess you get what you pay for, right? I am so disappointed. I do hope that Best Buy will exchange it for me so that my Mom can have a functioning phone.

The ringer in this phone is way to low. I bought it for my dad and he’ll be in the other side of the room and can’t hear the phone when it rings, even when turned up to top volume.

This phone is working very very slow. I have never seen a phone working like that. If you want to buy a flip phone don't buy that one.

This phone is okay, but was too complicated fire my father who is elderly. The functions may be simple for younger folks, but not for the elderly.

We bought this phone has a back up phone. However, it stopped receiving calls after 6 weeks. At&t was nice enough to change SIM card twice, but nothing worked.

my dad always had a flip phone because a smart phone is too advance for him and does not want to learn. He got this phone because his old flip phone broke and he hated this phone. Numbers come out small on the screen, the brightness sucks even though you put it to the highest setting and the phone stopped working in 10 days. Returned it and got my refund back.

This phone is not good for the hard of hearing. With volume on high, ringtones not loud enough. Alot of elderly are not tech savvy enough to use higher end phones and need simple flip phones instead, but one that you can hear.

Poor quality. This is the 3rd I bought and it takes less than a year when you need to buy another one.

This phone I bought it to my father, and the first month started with problems and bad signal.

The phone lasted less than a year and then different things went wrong.

My husband bought this phone to replace another that he had for years. It rarely works. When he dials a number it doesn't work 99% of the time. It will not ring in when it's called. It's useless.
