Easy to use and the camera feature takes really good pictures

I purchased this for my elderly grandmother as she needed something basic. This has large buttons great for someone needing just a basic phone.

My husband is disable and he likes the flip style phone because all he does is answer phone calls. He doesn't like the smart phone.To busy for him. Got a good deal on this phone, he drop his other flip phone n the screen messed up. The phone was half the price of the first one we bought for our phone carrier.

This phone is for my elderly aunt. I needed a simple phone. This is the one easy to use, compact, clear speaker and hearing devices.

I bought this for the kid that can't keep breaking her $300 smartphones. Maybe living with a flip phone will teach you to take better care of your phone. It does what it needs to do, just like it did in the 1990s. And for $10, you can't beat it!

The original prepaid cellphone model screen size was very small, but this model screen size is much bigger and comfortable toward the eyes to view text messages clearly. I do highly recommend customers who just wants the option to text messages or to make cellphone calls.

Very basic phone function . Calls are loud and clear for just making phone calls. But text messages a little time consuming. Internet and web browsing slow compared to smartphone. Overall good phone feature for those who only make phone calls .

Clerk put the wrong sim card in phone, had to go to AT&T to fix the problem. For a supposed simple phone, it is not. I have an iphone, so I know how to do things. This was for my husband who is technically challenged. We have problems answering sometimes. It froze the other day & couldn't get it to do anything. Supoosed to have a 12 month warranty, Best Buy said it was out of warranty even though it was purchased 30 days ago.

I bought this phone for my mom to replace her old flip phone because she didnt want a smartphone. She just wanted a phone with large numbers and did not want a jitterbug. This does the job and is allows her the freedom she was looking for.
