This is a replacement for another flip phone that we had for my father in law. The phone is an LTE flip phone! It works really well! Perfect for what we need! I may buy more of these for my mother and me!

Great phone! Larger buttons and simple icons to operate. Problem? I was scrolling through my "Contacts" list and the phone froze. Couldn't do a single thing with it, not even hang up or clear the screen. Took it back...EASY FIX...removed the battery and replaced same and phone was like new.

Bought this phone as a gift to replace an older ATT flip. This is a great basic phone and a big improvement over the older phone. Best Buy staff were very helpful. The setup was very simple. Just inserted the SIM card from the old phone. Recommend this phone. Great price.

Needed an easy to use phone for a friend in the hospital with limited ability to "swipe". This was the perfect solution. I pre-loaded 4 instant numbers and he was able to make and receive calls with ease. No swiping necessary.

The only ATT flip phone I could find for my 78 year old father. Does the basic call and answer. Had issues with battery going down fast until my kid figured out how to turn off the little screen that shows when it’s closed. Dad’s happy so I’m happy.

A good inexpensive phone. It is a phone that if you drop it or get it wet it is not a bank buster. For the price it is almost disposable.

Phone is good for people who have trouble with smart phones. Numbers on keypad are big and easy to use. Initial setup is simple too.. this is a replacement for my husband's old Flip phone from AT&T which lasted him 4 years. Hopefully this one lasts that long.

This is a great phone for kids too young to have smart phones. The prices is right so you won’t lose your mind when your kid leaves one on a plane like mine did. You just disable it through your mobile service provider and go get another one.

This was the second phone I had purchased for my 92-year-old mother to use. She lost the first one, and used this one until recently. She passed away. Thanks for the great service and for still proving a phone that older people can still be able to use.

Larger keys also make it easier to hit just one number without slopping over onto another. Bigger screen enables user to check accuracy in dialing. All together, a great fit for senior citizen eyesight and arthritic fingers.

It's great to still be able to use a simple flip phone and this one fits the bill. Not expensive, serves it's purpose, can take pics and text.

Doesn't hold a charge very long, not very rugged, but is basically decent as a phone for light to medium use.
